Never heard of this place. I have had bison burgers and they are really good! One place in Santa Fe, NM., I don't remember the name of the restaurant, it was a long time ago. One here called Bricktown Tavern.

@TheGreatShadow venison is good too! I don't like my beef well done, it's too dry for me. Medium rare is best, in my opinion, to each their own. I would look up a recommended way to cook bison steaks just to see what you have to do or look out for, especially since you say that the meat tends to cook faster. Then again it's your call, I hope you figure it out.
