And no other "conservatives" have turned. I presume they will but exactly like when rats abandon ship, only when it is sinking. I don't know of any trump opponent, dem, independent, or never trumper republicans, that have been there since he was elected, who think current polls indicate what will definitely happen in November. That doesn't make any of my comments above false. There are equally bad books that have come out from former admin officials and I don't think Bolton's will convince any of the congress republicans from house or senate which are the ones that count for removal. They're all spineless whores. Elections are not won by conservatives, it's the independents that count and dem turnout and that is a fact.

You can't appoint more than the 9 as per statute, FDR wanted to change the statute and have congress pass a law but congress was against it, ultimately nothing changed with FDR, and whenever there is a vacancy of these lifetime positions, it is the President who appoints one, cannot remove one either, and now it will be even tougher because of FDRs precedent. That said, only congress can pass a law to increase justices. If dems win Senate and keeps the house, they could increase to 11, or any odd number, it wouldn't be wise for Biden to propose this because people could see this as a power grab, like what happened with FDR's proposal, but if the house and senate propose it, I don't see why Biden won't sign this congress initiative.

Unfortunately, given the diverse nature of Christianity and Judaism back then (things have not changed all that much), and the anonymity of the authors, it is impossible to determine what truly would be embarrassing or counter-intuitive, let alone if that might not serve some evangelistic purpose.
The criterion of Aramaic context is similarly unhelpful. Jesus and his closest followers were surely not the only Aramaic-speakers in first-century Judea. The criterion of multiple independent attestation can also hardly be used properly here, given that the sources clearly are not independent.
Paul’s Epistles, written earlier than the Gospels, give us no reason to dogmatically declare Jesus must have existed. Avoiding Jesus’ earthly events and teachings, even when the latter could have bolstered his own claims, Paul only describes his “Heavenly Jesus.” Even when discussing what appear to be the resurrection and the last supper, his only stated sources are his direct revelations from the Lord, and his indirect revelations from the Old Testament. In fact, Paul actually rules out human sources (see Galatians 1:11-12).
