Governments will do what they are allowed to do if people ever find out, I'm not proud at all for our current despot administration, not healthy to hold grudges, especially when the realities of war intervene. People turn a blind eye to all the few bad things because war is hell. Even Roosevelt, a great POTUS did some nasty shit like encarcerating japanese americans in internment camps. No, actually the people there minus the obviously hired, took things very seriously, you could feel it in the room, people complained of the poor way the CBS people didn't keep order. If you worked for Bernie, please enlighten me on the sexual issues you mentioned, but regarding Bernie's comments, of course I know they are disliked by Cubans, and old Cubans mostly because the younger generations of Cubans are not as anti Castro, like the older generation. I live in South Florida, I know because I talk to many Cuban friends I have. But there is another growing block of latino voters who has grown exponentially in Central Florida recently (last 5 years or so) Puerto Ricans, and they despise Trump. I myself am latino, and I know for a fact that with the exception of Cubans, the majority of other hispanics love Bernie and will vote for him. Hispanics who ate not Cubans could not care less about Castro, we do care about Venezuela, most latinos blame Trump for Venezuela's woes and then Maduro who is corrupt, Guaido will never amount to anything because he did not even participate in the elections and is basically self appointed, he is supported by Trump and some right wing Presidents in Latin America and The Caribbean. Putin and Xi are backing Maduro so nothing will change there unfortunately, which is the pragmatic in me recognizing this reality. We mostly agree on many things, not that much on his comments on Cuba and Venezuela, but to dismiss his candidacy because of them would be unwise, all polls show him beating Trump, and all polls confirm he's the most trusted and likeable of all the dems that are running.
