I've seen it on youtube, it's a gimmick that gets many celebrities to participate, male or female. They start low on the Scoville scale to the highest sauce smothered on chicken wings. Some can't take it and their bodies react normally trying to get rid of the source inflicting you pain. I love hot food but would never subject myself to sauces in the top of the Scoville scale as these require pure capsaicin oil that is not really pleasant at all in taste or otherwise.
