Bird & amphibian populations have crashed. Venice is flooded with every tide. Glaciers are receding. Ocean salinity is changing. Larger & more intense weather patterns. As a rural resident I see the changes in the natural world over a period of 50 years.

Stay away from caffeinated drinks, such as cola & coffee, Mountain Dew etc. Meditation puts the power of "turning off" directly into your hands. Research the many methods. A child who was mentored in the Big Sisters program remarked, "The only thing I know about money is that the government sends you a check every month." Mandatory economics beginning in the 1st grade.....with the penny. We are taught to obey as children & not think for oneself. Those of us who do, are considered trouble makers. Just as Jesus was.
