I have friends with no insurance but have a mutual fund account. They are making out like bandits right now, but the couple of times they have needed to go to the emergency room, they were infuriated by the costs. They made too much for Obamacare but not enough to pay for insurance on their own, so it was all Obama's fault. They therefore love Trump (have no clue what deficit will do to the future) and one- two week stay in the hospital will destroy all savings. Only in their 50's, so basically they are screwed

I have stated at other times that Republicans make people feel good, then Dems need to clean it up so Republicans get the good feelings associated and Dems the not so good (Pavlov's dogs). I wasn't a fan of Clinton but he got many things done to help the middle and lower classes. All the Republicans do is the complete opposite, then leave the economy so Democrats need to clean it up. I'm going out there and saying I think it will come down to Jaime killing his sister and himself at the same time. Totally agree with your comment. I was brought up Catholic but my parents never preached about it. My mom led by example on how to treat others. We were allowed to do want we wanted once past confirmation. I think they were both relieved they didn't need to keep up the pretense once we were all of age (they didn't go to church afterwards). Of the five of us, 1 remained Catholic, 2 switched to Methodist and 2 atheists. Not bad but not damaged near as I can tell. At least both altar boy brothers were not abused. Thank goodness.
