Very much dependant on the relationship between cortex and brain!! In some people it's different. It's mostly about reproduction. I suppose we get offended as people all express a desire to want to kow someone's personality (as that is socially acceptable) but don't always follow that line of logic in reality. So you get missnomers. Suppose you get people buying into styles as well who aren't so sure of who they are.. So someone may like a grunge look and buy clothes to that effect but in no way understand a grunge "scene" or ever have been near one... Welcome to the magic roundabout / massive strange lottery of people who don't know themselves that well (and blame others) lol!

I sometimes print ... One amazing thing about silly megapixels is you can print in pretty good resolution in massive scale.. I sometimes go get A0 or A1 size prints of a good shot. More for media work in the past but sometimes just getting one printed and framed can be nice.

I don't screw about now .. Maybe put your points in writing .. that makes it official .. If you think he is being antagonistic call a meeting with him and record it using a dictaphone or androids built in recorder / iphone on phone. See how he plays it once you have recorded the outcome and if the play out matches the wording. It is not illegal to record without consent - but it may not stand up in court. That goes for phones or anywhere in th Uk at least.. I would, if you can stand it stand up to him. As long as you cover yourself he cannot push you out without then causing himself a constructive dismissal case. So either move on or record him .. putting things in writing makes them official .. sending that by email records a time and date stamp of your communication.. Sort of leaving your own data tail as proof of events .. Even make a diary of his oddness.. When you have it all in a diary after a month or two you may find it changes your mind viewing it that way... All worthwhile considerations depending on how far you want to take it. The other option as someone said below is maybe he just gets intimidated by you for some reason ? Ask about promotion ??

Here is a succesful / unsuccesful DNS leak test .. In the unsuccesful one you cacn see the providers servers.. My provider is through a mobile wifi connection so is already a tunnel in effect (the providers data network) .. so shows no location.. would be very easy to get location from the IP .. it's in london and shows "Three" my service provider. In the other test we are showing only one server - In Ireland.. I am in the uk .. :) and no service provider !
