Yes, I do too. Can I suggest a book? "Tao of Leadership" by John Heider. It's his interpretation of the Tao Te Ching. The best interpretation I've read. Specifically Buddhist? No, but wonderfully simple and down to earth, fits right in.

I wouldnt say I study Buddhism but I do like its ideals. I've always been one to do a good deed if I think it's needed instead of just ignoring someone. I'm still a bit of an a hole through.
