I was born in Melbourne,Australia on 14th February 1942,from an Austrlalian 2nd generation Australian mother and a Norwegian father who was a Marine Engineer.I left Australia in 1948 and went to live in Norway,but in 1952 we went to England and was there until 1956 when we travelled to New Zealand.and have lived there ever since,but I by myself travelled backwards and forwards to the UK,Norway and some of the Pacific Islands.Ihave now been married for 40 years to a Western Samoan woman,and have 3 adult children all in their 30's and two grandchildren an 8 yr old granddaughter and 3 yr old grandson both are my son's children.
