I am an extroverted introvert, I enjoy time with people but also quiet times. I like entertaining. I like to cook but do less of it with no kids in the house. I enjoy hanging out playing board games, cards, etc and having wide ranging conversations . I like evening hikes with my dog. l exercise 5 or 6 days a week, do all the parenting things and enjoy all of that. I also like a bit of alone time to recharge.

I have 3 kids. They are beautiful, intelligent, capable adults. One living with me and taking classes at the moment. Their lives change quickly so anything I say here is probably dated.

I was a software engineer until I moved to management several years ago. Turns out I have some talent there. High stress but having fun. Bit of a contradiction, I suppose.
