@Triphid You're right; but the definition of a "dead" virus is vague. The more you dig in to the science of vaccination, the more you'll see what I mean.
As I shared in the Navy Times article; what the US ship Roosevelt proved to us....even in early April...is that many of us may already have immunity.
We may have already "caught" and "had" the virus.
We may be immune and not even know it.
So the science is still "out" on this issue. Until we get a safe, fast, and quick to notify us test....we won't know.
Testing is the key to finding all this out.

Oh...and I'm about to close on a rental property; I'm told by my realtor that it's one of the few 2-2's in Ocean village that rents by the week. It'll take some time for the Quarantine rules to ease up....but stay in touch! I might be able to put you both up for a great price!

Don't forget that actually getting exposed to a weakened strain is what a vaccine does...it literally gives you a mild form of the infection...then encourages your body to build immunity within itself.
You and I might already have antibodies for this disease....we might have already "caught it" and "fought it".

Everyone wants lower taxes. We all know our properties are valued far below market value for tax purposes. We all then vote for even lower taxes -which directly affects the funding of education.

I've had a modest income with my retirement and Social security; but this one sort of fell in to my lap. Once the money issues are cleared out...and I close; it looks like it should be rather easy. It's only a few hundred feet from me (most renter-owners are "out of town").This is a "snowbird" -resort-community (golf course, tennis courts, and beaches all in a gated community) and apparently a high rental demand. The rental agency is making this seem easy. We'll see...but I'm optimistic. Thanks for your input and cautionary comment.

Since the quarantine has started I find myself spending way more time laying down than usual. I would say my being prone while NOT sleeping has increased by a great deal.. probably an extra 4 hours a day on average.
My question.. has your lay down time increased during isolation?

in the past the rich got there by doing evil, corrupt, and environmentally degrading things; the rich of the past 200 years all got there by making horrible weapons or figuring ut ways to get fossil fuel out of the ground and burned faster and cheaper. Look at the mansions of the world; who built them - and how they got their money....it'll make you ill.
Bill earned his wealth - as Elon Musk and others of his genre - by being computer savvy....but still charging outrageous prices for simple things. Who knows...maybe some day we'll all lose respect for those who get insanely rich...they seem " philanthropic" but we don't know this for sure.

2. 4-9 miles (1/2 hour to 1 hour) on the bicycle
3. Some basic Yoga to stretch and start the day.
I try to get all 3 in before noon.

I've had probably more than my share of relationships. I've sought them out in personal ads (pre-internet) and was probably a pioneer on many dating sites...
I can proudly say I never had the "rough boy" approach. I've always been a "gentleman"
-but it appears those days are over.
I'm melancholic about it; There seems to be real advantages to living alone. But there's lonely times when I do feel isolated.
So to answer your question; I guess I've never crossed those lines that the "rough boys" did....and - in reflection - glad I didn't.
