His point was that there's too many viruses still coming from China...and despite the alleged "racism" of calling it a 'Cheese virus" - most - if not all - viruses were named based on where they came from. Just notice the "slimy" feel on your hands that does take 15-20 seconds to thoroughly wash away. Yes and no. I read years ago that "spicy" originated in hotter regions of the world where covering up the smell and taste of rotten meat was important....and that turned me off to enjoying them. Having said that; I do enjoy the mild salsas, the "Green" salsas, and a pinch of white pepper now and then. What I don't get is those who apparently relish in the sado-masochistic hottest-is-best strategy. Been there, done that. Boring...painful...and likely to cause ulcers.

I pulverized them in to a powder, sprinkled some garlic + salt + pepper, tossed the dried leaves in EVOO...baked for 30 minutes at a very low 240º temp (she recommended even lower) and they just came out of the oven - and - damn - they're good! Thanks again!

I don't have many of her...but I almost feel badly for her. She clearly was, and is, a "gold-digger"...willing to marry the rich fat and ugly for fame and fortune. She got in to America on a fraudulent "Einstein" visa, got her parents to come here by what Trump has called the awful family ...
