Having said that; I usually volunteer for a Garden community; but the meetings have been postponed...so I'm pretty much on my own. I won't visit ...

Our pool is open....and fortunately we're a "satellite" pool for the community - so the main one is closed, but the satellites remain open.
They even moved the lounge chairs further apart to encourage "distancing" - LOL...but seriously...I'm so glad I can just hop in to my suit put on my goggles and go swim some laps...and in a few weeks, when this thing blows over and/or the snowbirds go home....the pool will be "all mine" (shhhhh).

Smooth jazz on the no-ad channel, surfing the web (FB and here, then WWF's) - baking my "muscle brownies".... windows open, breeze and temp in low 70's....paradise...

Start with.regular brownie mix; but add...
-Egg whites only (egg whites are nearly pure protein - the yolks are calorie dense but high in fats)
-Oatmeal flour (regular oatmeal put in a small puree machine for a minute or so -less time creates a gritty texture)
-protein powder (a few tablespoons of your favorite - I tried Peanut-butter powdered protein this morning)
you can add more water than the recipe calls for - until you got the consistency of a slow-to-pour mix that needs a spatula. Not a critical measurement. I use 2/3 cup of oil...Use less - but that'll make a cake-y consistency; keep the 2/3 cup oil to keep the brownie "chewy"
The rest is optional adds:
- nuts (my favorite is pecans, but I've also tried toasted Brazil nuts, and walnuts)
-dried cranberries (a different sweetness than dried raisins - but they'll work)
-dried papaya chunks (I get them at a local grocer for fairly cheap)
-dried whatever dried fruit that catches your eye.
-I add a dash of almond extract for a nicer-unusual flavor.
-leftover chocolate chunks from valentines...chocolate chips (semi-sweet= less sugar).
-cherry pie filling if you want to moisten, sugar-up, and cherry-up the brownie.
Pour in to a greased/oil/sprayed pan....I also use waxed paper.
Cook slowly; 325 for 45-50 minutes. It'll be thicker than normal. 350 seems to create burnt edges.
Cool before cutting 'em up. The toothpick inserted in the middle is a good test...if it comes out with batter on it then your pan needs 5-10 more minutes.
Very filling...and relatively low in sugar, high in protein.

And to answer your implication...it's totally variable in temp- you attach it to both hot and cold water lines...and the valve mixes it to your tastes...er....desire for certain temp...
It is a bidet...and the east - China, Japan, Indonesia - has adapted to it far more than "the west" has. But I swear...it's amazing, it's pleasant, it's easy to attach and adjust. Strongly recommended!

I also have a seated bike with a desk attached that my son and daughter-in-law gave to "the old man" to keep him active while he's on the computer. My "at-home" equipment is so much better than having to change, drive to the gym pay membership. get all sorts of germs and un called for social interactions....
Oh...and I just got a head of green cabbage and carrots....along with a nice chunk of Corned beef - for this coming St. Pattie's day!

I was pretty bad at math...a D in Geometry; and I recall changing from Algebra and Trig to just algebra in HS. I did finally get an A in a college math class. Again..great teachers made - and in my mind make - all the difference.
