It depends on lots of things. Where you live...how old you are...what you're looking for...what stage in your life is your relationship need? As a senior who's been through decades of dating I see some wisdom and no harm in looking up the person to "get to know them" better. I wouldn't spend money on it...it seems some of these "arrest record" searches are a rip off...but the internet can be useful. The more honest and upfront he/she is to begin with, the more they are "ready" for a new relationship.

I concur with the person who advised you to do hard exercise. 2. Up your protein. Egg whites only. More lean meat. Greek yogurt with Fruit and cereal. Check the protein content on foods...select higher protein pasta, Greek yogurt, protein powder, shakes, etc. We lose muscle mass as we get older. 3. Find a way to get orgasms...toys, old lovers, etc. Orgasms are youth-restoring. 4. Keep smiling. 5. Don't give in to rambling rants at 4 AM. Having taught health to adults in night school, I've become highly motivated to stay fit and eat right. Having said that; I've been struggling to get down in to the lean and fit weight bracket that I had most of my adult life. Working out is harder when you're retired and older. On top of that, our diet habits are started before we could walk and talk...so changing them is harder than quitting drugs. The actor Matthew McConaughey said something years ago which stuck with me; "Sweat every day. It's like pissing and shitting...our body needs it to get rid of wastes. That plus do an exercise that makes you huff and puff for 20-30 minutes a day"....and he's really aging nicely. I concur with most of the responders. The "chat" rooms are vague, and if there's no good "topic" brought up....then it's just silly, pretentious, and kind of "daft". My recommendation? Find cool/funny/interesting stuff on the web. Copy the link, or download the pic. If you copy You-tube links, the previews show up well. Make a comment...or ask a question about the post...you'll get plenty of feedback. I got to level 8 in "no time" just doing it that way. E.G. This is one of the best quotes from famous atheist Richard Dawkins; what're your thoughts?

I'm an apple regular for the simple reason it never crashes...ever. I've heard of everyone else with PC systems getting very upset at the pop-ups, and freezes....that just never happens with apples. The store bends over backwards to help you if/when you must go there....

The question is...is earth gaining or losing mass? From what I've heard/read we're gaining tons per minute of space debris....space "dust" as it were....but...we are losing tons of very light gasses...though at an infinitely slow pace. Obviously the pace wasn't always this slow - and perhaps was positive (growing) not negative (shrinking) as it is today...but just as obviously - gravity on our earth is changing. Earth's mass is variable, subject to both gain and loss due to the accretion of in-falling material, including micrometeorites and cosmic dust and the loss of hydrogen and helium gas, respectively. We will end it soon enough...and we will take most land life and most higher forms of ocean life with us...but that will just re-set the evolutionary clock. We'll be back. I'm afraid that science says it's more likely that you have a taste "memory" that, because it was new...was exaggerated. A child experiencing a strawberry for the first time is a "new experience" and tends to create "expectations". Having said that...there's also the possibility that in your past you experienced a more carefully grown fruit. Famous gremlin hiding places...behind and next to the washing machine and dryer. Behind the toilet. Behind/under the Etegere and/or other bedroom furniture. Look there for your "stuff". Missing kichen stuff? Take out your kitchen drawers, open up your cabinets and remove stuff that's been sitting there a while. The gremlins live there, too.
