If you ever go to Disneyworld, consider checking out "the Farm" exhibit in EPCOT (Environmental Prototype Community of Tomorrow) they have some serious hydroponic plants...even a fish farm - growing there. One restaurant within the Pavilion uses just foods raised there. Pretty impressive.

Focus on Protein. There's Soy pasta; very high protein. There's high and low protein pastas...go with the high protein ones. I don't know of any potatoes or rices that have significant protein content; so consider cutling down on rice and potatoes. And of course there's very few breads out there that are high protein; so simply reduce the breads in your diet/recipes. There's all sorts of sauces that you can try. I just had a great chicken breast with soy pasta and asparagus. Fish fillets and shellfish are almost pure protein. I use the pump sprayer to keep my oil use down; bur remember we've proven that low-fat/no fat diets just let you get hungrier sooner....you need some fat or oil in your diet. Same with the sugar and carbs. If you work hard to remove them, you risk a strain on your kidneys. (https://www.healthline.com/health/too-much-protein) If you must go to artificial chemicals just to get that "sweet taste" work with Sucralose; (splenda) it's molecularly almost identical to sugar. Remember....a teaspoon of sugar is 10-20 calories - just don't overdo it. If you like getting vitamins with your sugar, you can try coconut or palm sugar, or any variety of honey...but remember; they're all forms of C6H12O6 basic sugar...99.9%. Then you will feel fuller, 'satiated" longer...and won't have hard to curb "cravings" that kill any diet.

I find that bitterness is just a matter of pushing the ratio of grounds to water over the top. If you're modest with your scoops to water ratio, you avoid a lot of that bitterness. Machine brewing works for me...the coffee is brewed by 6 AM and goes in to a glass thermos that keeps it hot throughout the A.M....and in to the early afternoon when I'll finish it. But I'm down to just two rounded....sometimes heapng...spoons of sugar to a 48 oz / 6-8 cup carafe.. No creamer...and no bitterness!

Thanks for your efforts and education of these children (although I think that's more likely a land-environment toad, rather than an aquatic environment frog). Many species of frogs are becoming rare or endangered for the simple reason that cheap swamp land is still easily converted from a delightful yet almost unaccessible ecosystem to expensive waterfront property. And they are valuable insect control organisms. What we've learned recently is that we need swamps, and we need frogs and toads. We need them for "nurseries" for many of our favorite food fish. The shunting of Everglades water to Biscayne Bay until a few decades ago proved to be a disaster for both the Everglades and the Bay - yet we are still draining salt swamps in many places to make waterfront property (not as much as we did in the past...but it's still happening). So thanks again for the "catch and release" strategy.

You say "your energy is down" quite often....yet you boast a very low calorie count. Remember; calories are fuel measurement. Push yourself to do things... I've read lately that you should "sweat" daily...it's almost as important as defecation and urination for getting rid of toxins. Go sweat! You'll feel better!
