My favorite description of myself is when a co-worker described me this way, "Van, working with you is like a Pixar movie. Appropriate for kids but with a few jokes slid in for the adults." (I was a pre-school teacher at the time.)
I'm a single dad of a boy who is VERY 9. Not working at the moment because I'm taking care of a sick mom, but my background is in: Early Childhood Education with an emphasis on Special Needs, Sales and Marketing and Stage/Video oral arts.
My passion is show production, (stage/web-cast and t.v.), child advocacy and adult literacy, but I'm like a 10 year old in an adult body, so don't be surprised when a visit to any store with me is not complete without a trip to the toy aisle. (Even crappy food and pharmacy store aile toys!)
