Hey everyone! I’m a Newfie from Canada, I’m 59 years young (but since 50 is the new 40, I guess I’m 49 years young, haha). I’m someone who believes in being the best person you can be, not because you’re being watched and judged, but just to be a decent human being. I’m funny, I’m irreverent, and I love good conversation. My family are all believers in god, but for some reason it never rang true to me. I’ve been atheist since I was a young teenager. I would love to meet someone freethinking to discuss anything and everything. I am an artist, a hard working manager of my own business, and a caregiver to my elderly mom. My atheism comes not from anything catastrophic that has happened in my life, rather an inability to reconcile my own observations about life with the teachings of religion.
