Just because a baby is feeding does not mean it is available to the public - so the response to him should be grab, pull, twist till he falls on the floor twitching in pain

Are atheists generally more opposed to war than believers?

ShadowAmicus comments on Jun 10, 2019:
I look up items of interest in some of these, as well al jazeera, delhi times, translations of french, german and russian articles, etc. NO ONE - absolutely no pone - writes without the bias of their own opinion ... but once you understand the bias of an individual writer and can balance that with other writers, you can get a realistic view. ShadowAmicus comments on Jun 9, 2019:
both dresses look lovely.- you are very talented The whole thing of body image, flat stomach (much more an indicator of muscle tone than body fat) is a fashion trend. At one time a woman with some 'padding' was the epitome of beauty - as shown by Reubens -(Perseus freeing Andromeda).- but I doubt any man on this site would refuse to meet Andromeda because she was 'overweight' - a term that simply reflects a societal view of physical beauty. In india a slim 'anorexic' woman is seen as poor and starving and most women would class as a 14+ size - all women wear a sari of silk or very light cotton which hang very loose, but once the monsoon starts, all the women are completely aware of how sexy wet clinging silk cari be.

Does anyone else hate the phrase "I love you" ?
ShadowAmicus comments on Jun 8, 2019:
It is a phrase I use rarely and not said lightly .. but once said it becomes a lifelong obligation - you have part of my soul and are an essential part to my being, I will always be there to help you, to defend you, bleed for you and if needed, die for you. I find it ridiculous when people 'love' a film, meal, wine or other trivia

I love music It makes me smile. What song or genre of music brings a smile to your face?
ShadowAmicus comments on Jun 8, 2019:
A lot of early music - plainchant and polyphony - amazing what could be done by just blending human voices - I dont mind the religious context as mainly latin text and my translation is not that quick. Highlights Allegri Miserere mei deus and Tallis Spem in alium Bach, Beethoven, and most of the classical period Highlights Beethoven pastoral symphony (pastoral) Bach - welll how do you choose just one piece - maybe air on a g string Later Mahler, Shostakovich, Dvorak, Barber, Vaughan - Williams, Rachmaninov - just too many. crooners, like Jim Reeves, who had a silky voice sixties bands - from Allman Brothers to Zeppelin, with Cream, Pink Floyd, Yes, Supertramp, Camel and so many more now - music by voices8, Pentatonix, but very few 'singers' and many new performers of classical music

ShadowAmicus comments on Jun 6, 2019:
Not my problem - but I would sooner pay for an abortion than have some crackhead have a kid I will have to pay for till it is able to become a social services failure - and then pay for its jail time. SCRUB THAT - just pay for all crack heads, junkies, alcoholics etc to be sterilised and cut out most of the future social care problems - and I await complaints about human rights being violated, but expect no-one to propose another solution to drug induced negligent parenting

Can a potential romantic relationship move too slow?
ShadowAmicus comments on Jun 5, 2019:
Just treat each time you meet as special, every action and all you say are pre-cursors to making love. When you stroke a forearm, or neck, kiss, brush thighs as you walk side by side - all is foreplay and can last for a day or weeks - but at some time the need to share more will take over ... sometimes that could be a few hours, other times could be weeks or months.
Is this appropriate for a first date?

Where were you when.
ShadowAmicus comments on Jun 5, 2019:
I dont remember Kennedy being shot - but I remember my mother and sisters crying as the funeral was on tv. 9-11 I was on holiday is Keswick, just bought a jacket and saw people crying in the street but did not know why. Then joined dozens outside a TV shop watching it live as the second tower was hit. Most people saw a plane hit the tower - I was watching hundreds die and the start of a war..... Turns out I underestimated the number of dead and overestimated the war.
