My mother had an atrial fibrillation attack last July, and while has been doing better since, life for her has changed considerably. I hope it doesn't give you as much grief and worry as with my mother, take care.

Mike, the problem I have with your above comment is that while maybe you yourself would not be interested in confiscating all firearms, a good majority of gun control loonies have openly stated their goal in the long run is to ban all guns. The NRA is telling the truth. Furthermore, wouldn't you say it constitutes scare mongering when the gun control crowd suggests to the public that the NRA are a bunch of murderers for not going along with gun control measures, and strictly due to the NRA not accepting any such measures automatically equates to future attacks committed because of such. Banning bump stocks and high capacity mags and raising the minimum age to purchase would not accomplish anything. Years ago I knew two guys whom I worked with that were involved in the black market, and they would actually steal military hardware off of a local military base (they had some inside help). Attempting to ban assault rifles would only disarm law abiding criminals, as those in government and military would never give up their weapons. Face it, we live in times where certain weapons have been created and will not go away no matter how much legislation is ever passed, and those that think their proposed gun control measures would work are living in a delusional utopian dream world. What I own is no one's business but my own, and as long as I'm not bothering anyone I resent someone else telling me I shouldn't/cannot own certain things, especially knowing we live in a free country. Cripes, there are quite a few folks out there who could make their own weapons. I feel like I'm talking to the wall when I mention to the anti gun crowd that gun control has failed miserably, just look at Chicago with all the measures they have in place and it's the most violent city in this country, and yet all I hear is talk of the same bs legislation that does not and never will work. @Donotbelieve When it comes to selfies on here, it's not that I don't trust you, I can't say I fully trust this platform and many other similar apps, especially with the recent data leaks on Facebook. Once a photo of yourself makes its way onto the internet, it pretty much stays there, and I've done my best to avoid that. With that said though, down the line perhaps I would consider messaging you a photo of myself, I think that would be a better option for me, and in the months ahead I'll be attending a local city fair so I could probably get a friend to take a photo of me.

The bad part about trusting the "experts" is, that when it comes to cyber security related issues the scene is constantly changing, new malwares and ransomwares are being created constantly and the experts sometimes have difficulty in keeping up with it and coming up with counter measures, which is why I would not be inclined to solely trust the experts. The white hat hackers and the other good guys trying to track and counter the malicious hackers are technically on the losing end of the battle, as new forms of malware are released they are hard pressed to come up with solutions in a timely matter. Thus, we need more people to get interested in the many fields of cyber security.

At first it would seem that those who require clothing to be worn are the ones pushing their beliefs, but if you know someone could be uncomfortable with you being naked, wouldn't you think it's a bit childish to continue making them uncomfortable when it certainly would not be necessary to continue doing so? I see this as a situation where both sides could play the I'm offended card, so finding middle ground on that can get tricky.
