l have been on here 6 months, and find this part of it uncomfortable. Messaging is not conversational. They are more like office memos than conversation. People sometimes take things wrong and then you sound like an ass trying to explain you were joking, but that doesn't mean they believe you. We spent two weeks playing a bar in Roswell in the late 70's. A few of the things l can mention that happened in that two weeks include, a biker riding into the bar and parking it on the dance floor and bowling on acid. A lady scored us some weed and when we went to pick it up, she answered the door in the nude. We just pretended she was wearing clothes for the 30 or 40 minutes we were there. One nite in the middle of the gig, a man came in brandishing a sawed off shotgun looking for someone, and he was obviously pissed off about something. Fun little town. Sometimes l miss all that weird shit.
