I have had a pain so bad I would have welcomed death as an infection overran my body and for about five hours it felt like someone was squeezing my balls as hard as they could. My white blood cell count was over 33,000, normal is about 3000. It definitely did not make me smile. Get to the doctor.

Most folks either don't know or remember thatt Nelson lost his right foot and part of his leg in a motorcycle accident in 1963. If you play drums, you know how important that right foot is. For him to keep playing at that level without his right foot took a lot of work and courage. The prosthetics at that time were not near as sophisticated as they are now. RIP Mr. Nelson.

I am totally against the death penalty, and have been for as long as l can remember. One wrong execution invalidates the whole idea, and we know in this countries history there have been untold wrongful exicutions. I agree, but it shouldn't even be Medicare for all. It should be a national health care system. If l was on Medicare instead of the VA, l would still have to be working. With Medicare, all the different parts (B,C,D...), and the supplemental insurance , since Medicare only covers 80%, it ain't cheap. 20% of $100,000 dollar hospital bill is a lot of money, so you have to have supplemental insurance. You can run up that kind of bill with a weekend stay in a hospital if you have surgery.The VA has been great, especially now that you can get local surgeons and hospitals if you are more than 40 miles from a VA hospital. I had hernia surgery in August at a local hospital by a local surgeon.
