We are as barbaric as ever. Look at the body count of the 20th century. I believe the death toll from wars and genocide in the last century exceed all the deaths for those two reasons in all the rest of history, and it ain't getting any better. We are just more efficient. No, l don't watch MMA or boxing. The older l have gotten the more violence is a turn off.

All news is not propaganda. If you really believe that you had better give up. The only thing standing between us and tyranny is a free press. Fox is the only news outlet that is mostly propaganda, and most Americans realize this. To think a third party can win a Presidential election is wishful thinking. It has nothing to do with elections being rigged. Most people feel like they would be helping put someone in office they know they don't want if they vote third party. Most people are sheep. They vote with the group they identify with the most, or against the group they dislike the most.

I remember blue laws. They still had them in Texas when l moved to Austin in 1971. Being single on a Sunday could be unbelievably lonely back then.The streets were almost empty from the afternoon on. Think of that Kristofferson song 'Sunday Morning Coming Down.' It will take you back there.

I was with someone who was 18 years younger than me. We had a lot in common as far as music and things we enjoyed doing. Tha problem was we were in very different places in life. I had already been through the things she was going through. All of our friends were closer to my age than hers. I got sick, was in the hospital for a month, got out weighing 110 pounds, and for the first time l could see l looked old. It was good for about 3 years. It can be done, but there are obstacles.

Only you can answer that. It sounds like you feel like it was a mistake. It is something you can still do. I grew up in radio and television. Doing voice overs has no restrictions of age or a specific look. Practice on your own. Record it. A little trick my dad taught me, when reading copy look one word ahead of where you are. Sometimes agencies are looking for fresh voices.
