I use the smiley face . I have had people take something very wrong more than once. Sarcasm and dark humor do not always play well in this format. I only use LOL responding to something I think is really funny. :)

This is not a gender issue. I know I'm a good patient. In 94 when I was in the hospital for a month, I had all of the nurses going out of there way to do things for me, because l never complained and I made them laugh. I have been with women who were just bitchy the whole time they had the flu or a cold. And yes, most doctors, male and female, are lousy patients because they feel entitled.

We have one of the most corrupt legal systems on the planet. Like too many things in this country, it is about winning and losing. Too often if you do get justice it is an accident. It is so obviously racist as in the case of Central Park 5. If prosecutors had to serve the same amount of time in jail as the convicted for wrongful convictions, when the slightest bit of wrong doing on the part of the prosecution is uncovered, I will bet there would be far fewer of these cases.

There is no best guitarist. There are and have been many great guitarists. I will add Mark Knopfler, Chet Atkins, and Wes Montgomery to your list. I have heard and played with guitarist as good or better than some on the list, who you have never heard of. Some of the above players are one trick ponies. I also look at versatility when I look at great guitar players. Of the above group I would go with Clapton because of his versatility and he plays the song. He is never about "watch what I can do".
