@FrayedBear There are a lot of origins for flat breads and Canada, like Oz, has a lot of Scots blood in their population but the best flat bread is typically made by the Native People of Canada. Done properly Bannock is a warm and filling treat in a cold camp but done badly it can be what you might find after a fire in a flooded flour mill. ;)

I crushed part of the nerve bundle in my spine when I fell down a flight of stairs, top to bottom and I landed badly. Some of the nerves seemed to rewire themselves around the damaged area but the pain was chronic. Now I feel normal again.

Turning it into an aerosol form in a hooded BBQ and having those toxins go into your salmon would be nasty but the clear preservatives they spray on cedar shakes to extend their life is also toxic and you can't even see it.

A bit of the hair of the dog is proven to take the edge off a hangover and rehydrating also helps along with some spices to stimulate the circulation. The Mexicans have the perfect solution in a beverage called the Michelada, I prefer mine with a shot of Tequila on the side.

Beer is better because it is 95% water which will help to flush the system but that shot on the side definitely helps the alcohol bandage to the brain kick in faster.
Personally I think the Leche de Tigre hangover cure is more about punishing the borachos further for drinking too much and serves as a warning to curb their enthusiasm in the future, so very Catholic.

I think it would be a great idea for Americans to focus on fixing their own broken system before coming to Canada and showing us how to fix ours which seems to be working quite well by comparison. It seems like a no brainer when the Americans seem to feel they have all the answers.
