I'm Canadian, a newbie to Down Under and I'd like to meet some Aussies. Battling shyness and unfortunately also chronic pain which keeps me from being my old athletic self.

I love being in nature and am absolutely enamored with wildlife and flora here, from the naughty rainbow lorikeets to the fascinating and maligned bottles and everything in between. I love going to talks and the museums here (the architecture!) and parks and I love snorkelling, and just floating and watching the amazing underwater life around me, something that was absolutley inaccessible in the Canadian Prairies.
