@motrubl4u Yep. My dad was certified expert in pistol (1911) and rifle (m14). That's why he was mechanized infantry. When I was young we would go shooting all the time. From about 100 feet he could hit the screw on a door hinge. And he doesn't use scopes. His eye sight is getting bad and he hardly ever shoots. The last time we shot he couldn't hit a half gallon milk jug from about 50'. In his defense he just bought a 9mm (which he has never fired a 9mm before). I told him "you're supposed to hit the fucking target. His answer was that he just wanted to make sure it worked (it was used). Out of a mag of I think 10 I only hit it 2 times myself. But one of the last times I fired with a friend we were shooting at a 55 gallon drum. I hit it every time out of 12 rounds, and a lot faster. He missed several times out of 12 rounds. But I had already fired that pistol. He is way better than me in rifle. I mean way better. Sadly to get a CCW her, the compentency tests starts at 3'. Farthest you have to shoot is 21'. Hell, Ray Charles could hit a target at 21"!

It is hard to make out the numbers, but it looks like 5 (or6).75 X 45.7.62X45 belongs to an M-14. 7.62X39 belongs to an SKS. 5.56X45 belongs to an AR-15(most)/M-16/M-14. Said this before, will say it again. I only know of two people personally that have had a firearm taken from them. One a guy borrowed a pistol to another guy. The guy killed himself with it. It is still in evidence. The other guy stole a pistol from his grandmother, and isn't allowed around firearms. Period. He was under 21, stolen, and he was a felon. You summed it up in the last sentence. Lots of people know that you can't swerve across a painted line. Most don't know that you can't swerve between your own lane. Turn down the vol for a second or whatever... That is up to the officer. If you take it to court, they probably won't take your word. I've heard of people getting pulled over because a license plate bulb was burned out. I know someone that got pulled over because his tires looked "squishy". They scaled and dipped him. He was legal. Also lot of officers don't know a lot about traffic laws. Did you it is illegal to shift gears in a CMV when you are crossing a RR track? I guess in case you miss a gear, it stalls on the tracks, and you can't restart? Sounds like a very unlikely scenario. What if it is an automatic?

If you buy seed from Earl Mays (or whatever) you might get 75-80% germination. Commercial seed could be 95%+. You can buy a 400+$ bag of seed, and the next year it might not germinate worth a shit. I'm talking about triple stack and stack max corn. I'm curious as to what the yeild was. I don't know where they planted it, but all I can go off of is county average. I doubt the wheat is that similar to what we plant today. Lots of different traits every single year. Monsanto is notorious for sueing farmers becuase farmers have their genetics in a feild. They have sued farmers for every penny they have. Corn cross-polinates. I remember a farmer that had their own seed for decades. A Monsanto rep went on their farm illegally and took samples. Found that it had Monsanto traits. They took their farm and life savings. If you get caught "bin running", your ass is in trouble. Monsanto owns IP of the seed. So if you put the grain in a bin, plant it the next year, better not get caught. That being said, traits change every year. I think in Mexico you can't plant GMO corn. We are seeing Monsanto traits in it. If you can did the article up, I'd like to read it.

Then click on save, and name it whatever you want, save where you want. In Linux (like Ubuntu) press print screen (might be labeled PrtScr) then crop and save. Or you can right click on a pic, and go to save as. Then when you go to make a post, click on add photo. Browse to whatever file desired. Or you can right clock on the link and go to "copy image URL" (or something similar). Then press ctrl + V to past it in a post.

Shit I was gonna mention that! I hardly ever eat fast food. I read somewhere that someone bought a fast food burger, and after years it had no mold. I bought a McDouble years ago. One time I had a warrant for my arrest because I forgot to pay a $10 parking ticket. Yes ten dollars. Officer came to my house early one morn and announced that he had a warrant. Then made me go to the court house and pay it. They would not let me give the officer the money, and I had to go. Next day the rumor was that I got busted for a meth lab, and a SWAT team broke into my house. I live in Lincoln, Omaha, Phoenix, and LA. When you walk down the street in any of those cities, you are just another nobody, and they don't care. Privacy is rare around here.

I think one of the big reasons why he is getting off so light is that him an I were the only two people around. If there was another witness it would be different. I live in a village of about 600 people. He live literally like a 30 second walk from my house. In the past 4 months I have only been to my house I think 2 times. I'm either at my moms or dad's. I don't think he will be dumb enough to try anything again. I am usually with military personnel. I also sleep with a loaded firearm. If he tries to break into anyplace I am... I think he himself won't do anything, his drug buddies are a different story.

Oh yeah, this county is small. Doesn't help that his friend was the lead investigator for here (he just got kicked off the force). My friends wife worked for the state.
