@RobertMartin As far as the bailout, that was GWB's deal, not Obamas. It did go through under the Obama admin tho. I was working for Chrysler when they went bankrupt. Despite my Associates, being Ford certified, and being ASE certified, I could not do warranty work. One time a service advisor told me to put a rear wiper blade on an 09 Dodge Journey. I did as I was told. It was warranty. I saw the sheet. They charged Chrysler about $170 for the fucking wiper! Not joking. In my spare time I had to go through the lot to find a wiper that looked like it was bad. I threw the fucking thing in the trash. Didn't know they wanted the old one. The guy I worked for had two C-D-J dealerships and one Ford. Ford sold a lot of companies to avoid going bankrupt. The owner claimed that CDJ engines are so much better, and his Ford dealership had more engine warranties. What he didn't realize is that if Ford has a bad engine, they don't fuck around. You get a reman with all the sensors and wiring. I have seen at chrysler that they take an engine apart only to find cylinder scoring. With Ford you just get prior approval, and put a dyno tested engine in the damn thing!
Edit: Forgot to mention that when the owner came in the shop once he claimed about how these Asian engines are junk, taking away from our American engines. I didn't have the balls to tell him that the Dodge Stratus I just worked on had a Mitsubishi engine in it! Dodge Sprinters have MEBE engines. In-line 5 cylinder piece of shit! Rattlebox that is slightly better than the postal service LLV's! Also have to add that Cummins is/was partially owned by the Dung Feng (sp) company. A Chinese company.

Don't know if you've cooked buffalo before but be careful. It's so lean it's very easy to turn it into shoe leather. Otherwise it tastes great, good luck!

I've cooked it a handful of times previous. You are correct. It is NOTHING like cooking beef. I checked it after half an hour. Turns out the half I cooked was also cut in half. They split, and completely raw in the middle. I ate the outside because they were done. A little tough, but not bad, not bad at all. At the last minute I decided I didn't want any butter. However, when doing the 30 min check, I decided to throw a little in. a little butter. Problem solved! What I have done before is throw in a little water from time to time. Keeps everything tender. In the end it worked out well. Baked it for another half an hour. I gobbled down on it like no other! I was beyond happy with it. BTW I always have meat well done. My mom always made it like that when I was young. I still do. But with game meat, you have to be careful. Otherwise, like you said; shoe leather.

Then they have what looks like railroad ties on the outer fence. They are the only ones I know of that have bison.

But anyone that has flown knows that airport security has since been amped up. The 9/11 hijackers used box cutters. Now you can't even take nail clippers on a plane. Eppley needed some security updates. After 9/11 they are one of the safest airports I've been too. I used to fly from Phoenix to Omaha about once a month. Omaha was much more strict than Phoenix.

I use checks for business. I'd write hundreds a year. That way there is a paper trail if I get an IRS audit.

I'd only bump posts maybe once or twice a year. I wish this one site was still up. The webmaster made a post called "One Of A Kind...". It was about a Geo Tracker that someone, well, modified. This guy somehow got his hands on a welding unit. He put a cow catcher on the front. He welded a tool box on the drivers side, but there wasn't enough room left to open the door. He had welded a bracket on the back with two spare fuel cans on the back. Not only would it take a torch to get the cans out, the rear door didn't open as well. All sorts of fog lights and gizmos along with extra batteries and solar chargers. He somehow, for some reason cut a hole in the hood that was covered up with a bra. As far as my friend knows, this was his only vehicle. He had to get in and out of it from the passenger seat.
I met this guy once. He is an aircraft engineer...

For a while when I would go to browse, it would always have the same posts. I was about ready to ask what that was about. Then I realized that there were tabs. Mine somehow got set to most replied or most popular or whatever.
I have bumped old posts on other forums. Just because they were worth people to re-read. But that's just me. I've gotten a lot of "I haven't read that one". To each their own.

For a while when I would go to browse, it would always have the same posts. I was about ready to ask what that was about. Then I realized that there were tabs. Mine somehow got set to most replied or most popular or whatever.
I have bumped old posts on other forums. Just because they were worth people to re-read. But that's just me. I've gotten a lot of "I haven't read that one". To each their own.

I posted an article where if this IS declared an emergancy, anyone will get thrown in jail. That is old news. However, if it is deemed an emergency, that will kick out all the competitive contractors. SMMFH.

Almost all forums I've been a member of do that. People would type "bump" to get it back on the top. Especially for technical questions that have not been solved.

Absolutely agree that the snail mail idea isn’t for everyone— but I think lots of people do enjoy that style of friendship, especially when the letters come from abroad. Choose your own level of engagement and have fun!

I agree. It is ultimately up to them. IMHO I think looking for a pen pal is just setting yourself up. But that is me. I do hope lots of people find a legit pen pal. I haven't done the pen pall since jr high. It was required for a class. Went from one school to another tho. I think that was via school email tho. Quite a long time ago.
