This includes repairs. 10% for your house if you use it as a home office. Hell I know one person that itemizes beer as a tax deduction. I'm not talking about having a holiday party for employees. He goes to the bar, drinks, then talks to a farmer for a minute. Now it's a business meeting... Also I have filed two tax returns in one year. A schedule f and a schedule c. The f is for farm and the c is commercial. That way the combined income is taxed at a lesser rate.
