All it does is remove the index for that file, and will only be overwritten when you need space to save something else. Even if you overwrite the file, you can still recover it. Let's face it, he's not smart enough to use something like DBAN that can do it, or physically destroy the drive. For me below 60 = too cold. Above 70 = too hot. I got frost bite when I was young, and heat stroke when I was in my 20's. Cold out and my body automatically tries to shut off blood flow to my arms and legs.
