No, never gave them any money. One time when I lived in Ontario, California, I was just toolin' around enjoying the weather, and blasting In Flames. I went to get some fuel, but when I left, I saw a homeless guy with a cardboard sign that said "burger please". I had more than enough money in my account. I doubled back, and got 2 burgers, some soda, and some fries. Went back to the guy and said "here you go". He never said thanks. He said "ALRIGHT", with a big smile. Started chowing down immediately, gave the other burger to his dog. I will never forget the expression on his face. His long unkempt beard, pale blue eyes that lit up, and the smile on his face.
