Born in Burbank CA in 1940. My father put me in the film business as punishment for not becoming a dentest. I became a director of photography and shot movies all over the planet for over 46 years. In 1992 I joined JPL and worked on the development of charged coupled devices. Returned to Hollywood in 2000 as director of technology for a major studio
