I learned to read at a really young age, four years old, I seemed to just crack the code (wish I could have done the same for maths) I remember the most beautiful trip was walking from our house to the library which used to be a Manor House and was situated in parkland with ducks and geese and ...

Not the stories we were hoping to get when you told us about this reunion posting your friend picture. That's a fact of life, things usually don't work the way we expect. The only thing we can do is to enjoy what we can and try to cope with the balance.

Sorry to hear about your friends but very saddened to hear about your dog. Put my yellow lab down a couple years ago. She was the best dog ever and her passing can still bring a tear. Hang in there.

Oh I am so sorry. My mum died recently and that same week someone emptied by 81 year old dad’s bank account. Also, my American bank card got stopped and I was stranded in London with no money. When shit happens it seems to happen in a big cluster. I can’t imagine how awful you are feeling. ...

What a lot of grief. I'm sorry you have to go thru this. We know our dog friends will most likely not be with us for as long as we live. You've loved him & given him a good life & now it is time. Take good care of yourself thru all this and know that it does get easier.

Unfortunately I can relate all to well to that losing friends thing. There has been way too much of it going around lately. But your dog, too? That's a whole different level that has to be really hard. Sorry it's happening.
