@educatedredneck I Cary a Ruger LC9S Pro 9mm pistol myself for concealed carry and it’s quite compact and fits my pocket well. I think it would be a good weapon for a woman to carry providing it doesn’t jam when she fires it because she is to limp wristed. In that case the compact 38 special revolvers would probably be the better choice. I also own several Glocks including the model 21, 17, 17L, and 19 and they are great pistols but kind of bulky for concealed carry. I usually carry them in my vehicles.

@MikeFlora Well at least your not as rabid as some of the others but I have no problem with carrying a handgun with a concealed carry permit even downtown. Here in Oklahoma in order to get a permit you undergo a OSBI background check as well as take a safety class so all of those should be allowed to carry. Also there are many concealed carry holders and virtually no problems with any of them.

@MikeFlora Evidently you are not familer with 2 landmark Supreme Court 2nd amendment cases District of Columbia versus Heller in which 4 liberal judges voted that it was constitutional for the city of Washington DC to have a law on the books prohibiting you from having a gun even in your own home. Fortunately they were in the minority. In another case McDonald versus the city of Chicago 4 liberal Judges voted that it was ok for the city of Chicago to prohibit you from carrying a gun for self defence. Fortunately they were in the minority again. This all happened in spite of the 2nd amendment! If that’s not legislating from the bench I don’t know what in the hell it is. The Oklahoma house and senate passed a constitutional carry bill here in Oklahoma but our somewhat liberal republican female governor vetoed it. Not sure what’s going to happen next but it passed overwhelmingly so you’d think they’d just override her veto. Never the less Oklahoma still has a 4 star rating.

Here are just a few. 1.He gave 400 billion to Iran which has been directly responsible for the deaths of a lot of US servicemen and has done everything in its power to undermine the US in the Middle East. He also backed Mohammand Morsi in Egypt, a radical Islamist who wanted to impose Sharia law. 2.He was a regulation nut who passed many regulations which cost this country billions for very little gain. It was completely idiotic when he stopped the Dakota access and Keystone XL Pipeline’s. 3. He was obcessed with gun control and did everything in his power to undermine the 2nd amendment even pulling stunts like “fast and furious” which got law enforcement killed. 4.Refused to enforce border security and allowed millions to come here. 5.Was responsible for the black lives matter movement which resulted in numerous law enforcement loosing their lives. When I was in college 40 years ago if you were as much as 1/8 Indian your college was all paid for by the government. People living off the government dole seem to stay dependent on the government and come to expect government support. One of the counties where Obama carried over 95% of the vote and that always votes democratic was an Indian reservation in South Dakota.
