A big part of the reason Obama did well in Iowa farm country is because he supported corn ethanol. Obama did poorly in Oklahoma with only about 35% in both 2008 and 2012. In my home town in Butler Oklahoma after 8 years of Obama people were so disgusted with the democrats Trump carried 87% of the vote and further west in the Texas panhandle he got over 90%.

If you are a cattle person you might want to consider going to some of the National Cattlemans Beef Association Conventions or even reading some of their publications or even the local cattlemans groups as there is virtually no support for Obama among the cattlemens groups nor among rural groups in general for that matter. I’ve had some very religious friends who would force a woman to bear the child of a rapist in the name of religion. Also they refuse to change diapers or do housework because it’s womens work according to them and they say it’s in the bible that women should be Obedient to the men. Guess that’s where the words love honour and obey came from in a lot of the wedding vows. Hell my wife made the minister take those words out of our vows and replace them with the words “love honour and cherish”.

Most handguns are semiautomatic. I see no problem with the semiautomatic as they are faster and safer to load and unload. There’s a safety factor with a semiautomatic in that you can leave it unloaded but can load it rapidly if needed. A revolver is a lot more time consuming to loaded so is a lot more likely to be left loaded.

Seems solar is a better way to go than wind generation as you have fewer moving parts. I have 12 Solar powered water pumps that I use to water cattle with and they work great. They are cheaper, lower and cheaper maintainence and pump more water than the old windmills. They are also a lot easier to work on.
