Evangeloon is not at home today he informed the neighbourhood that he going up the Menindee Lakes ( just over 60 + miles east of here) for the day because the heat and humidity were getting too much for him, that because a big thunderstorm just arrived in the area and besides Broken Hill getting hit with it so did the Lakes area and there are NO seal roads around the lakes. And with the grey sticky mud that is around those lakes, a cow only needs to pee on the roads and they become mud-holes that a vehicle can get bogged down in no time at all. So Evangeloon is innocent of that one I think.

Even though nurses, most of them, hold to their strong understandings, etc, of their job we do HAVE our little' subtle" ways of correcting an irascible patient from time to time. A couple of examples of nurses gaining well deserved retribution when necessary, 1) a Male urinal for a bed-ridden patient with the 'added' extras of a spoon or two of something like an ant-acid powder, really gets the attention of the patient, 2) a required bed-pan that has a layer of ice cubes conveniently spread around in it, chills out the hottest of arse-holes, 3) taking the temperature RECTALLY using a long stemmed flower rather than a thermometer and, ACCIDENTLY of course leaving the curtains around the bed opened wide ( works very well in multi-bed ward situations btw). So next time you are a Hospital Patient REMEMBER nurses ARE human too.

Our major birds of prey around area are the Wedge-tailed Eagle, the Nankeen Kestrel, what we call the Sparrow Hawk ( smaller version of the Nankeen Kestrel and the Swallow-tailed Black Kite. As you can guess the BIGGEST of the is them Wedge-tailed Eagle wsith an average, normal wing span of approx. 1.8 - 2.0 metres, with females being slightly large and heavier built than the males, they hunt mostly out in open country-side and go after 'roos, young emus, feral foxes and feral cats, young feral pigs are often on their menu as we. I have one that I rescued, cared for, rehabilitated and then released back into the wild she often comes back and cadges a free snack plus getting me to help her by removing ticks from her skin as well. She ignores the other native birds around my home, ignores the chickens, loves my 8 year old nephew who will sit with her and pat her head and neck for as long she wants him to. The ONLY predator/s that I need to be concerned with around here a the domestic cats that are let roam free 24/;7 and prey on EVERYTHING just for sake of killing and not much more imo.

@Lilac-JadeCanada The supplies cost me nothing the Property Owner who shoots the goats and 'roos is a big fan of my helping the Native Birds, Lizards, etc, around town plus he brings in approx. 4 tonnes per week to the local Pet shops and sells the meats to them and with 'roo meat fetching around $1.15 per kilo and goat fetching about the same he more than covers his costs anyway.

@Rossy92 Well now as Psychologist and a Child and Youth in Crisis Counsellor for almost the last 20, yes that is TWENTY, YEARS I have not made a brass farthing of income from my Counselling because I do it Pro Bono and Gratis. For the years before that ALL I earned from Counselling Street Kids, etc, was the money to cover my fuel expenses, any thing else from my recompenses was divided up as evenly as possible between the Street Kids I was counselling and helping, sometime anywhere between 5 to 15 or more per group session each week I'd do 3 Group sessions per week and as many One on One sessions as requested. And GUESS WHAT, NO religion, No religious garbage, No God, No Jesus and NO me telling them either.

Well, it is originally a stew that is cooked up for a Rottie named Chaos. She is nearing 8 years old and is well and truly pampered by her humans. Chaos likes her evening meal to be warmed up with gravy poured over it and the other weekend I was "dog sitting" her while her humans had an evening out and some "Chaos Free human time. As I was warming up her meal as well as preparing my own for cooking, Evangeloon knocked at my door to inquire what I was cooking for my dinner that smelled ever so nice and interesting. Well as mine had not eveb started to be cooked I guessed he was referring to the 'Chaos Special' so I merely said that it was "a snack made from an old family recipe' and why was he asking anyway. To cut a long story shorter, he tells me that he a number of his fellow visiting him for a evening meal and a bible reading session afterwards and they were all taken in by the wonderful aroma, so he was hoping that I might spare them some just for a taste. So I did, they got to sample the 'Chaos Special' because, as usual there was more than enough for supplied for the meal needed to feed Chaos.

@Madisonian As a Psychologist of some note, though not of my noting but that of numerous others btw, I'd say that Growth, Emotional included, needs to encompass ALL things in and of life rather than merely concentrating upon religious fallacies and proven falsehoods.. Whereas, imo, you still choose to 'cling doggedly' to the crutch that is religion, refuse to view your system of beliefs in another way and imo, DEMAND that others respect your choices when you will not/or refuse to do the same for them BUT still claim to have reached " Emotion Maturity and Growth." Now, imo we are HERE to debate your beliefs, etc, versus those of we, the Atheist and Agnostics, mind you Atheists DO NOT have BELIEFS as such and THAT is A FACT btw, as to Agnostics then ONLY Agnostics can TRULY speak for themselves on that matter,. We are not, imo, here to discuss and offer tears and solaces for either your past history or mine, etc, etc, those events are now passed in to the sands of time and NOTHING , nothing at all change those facts. So, instead of, as I seem tp perceive it as being, seeking to extract 'sympathies' and compassions to assure your beliefs are accepted, let us debate upon the matter in hand, RELIGION.

For example, WHERE precisely was this God and hits Son, Jesus, when humans first began to build communities, etc, from merely being small, tribal clans eking out a living and scavenging for food? Can you answer that for us all please? Oh, and please TRY not to keep everyone waiting for days/weeks on end, we are all aging EVERY single minute fyi, yourself included btw.
