With balls like that, how do they walk around?
Triphid replies on Dec 5, 2020:
When I a child we lived behind a Catholic School with a Church beside it, the Priest was a HUGE bloke, about as round as he was tall, when he walked his gait was kind of like what you'd imagine a duck's would be if it had a dozen bowling balls stuck up its arse, hence we kids all called him 'Father Heavy Nuts.' And boy did that get him stirred up.

Btw, Evangelidiot once proudly told me, quote, " I wash my laundry when I have a shower or a bath because it saves water and I don't use a clothes line to hang them out to dry, I just drape them over the ends of chairs, tables and the bed." Triphid replies on Dec 3, 2020:
Actually we are not related by either blood nor marriage but they ARE my family as far as I am concerned and in their opinions as well. What remains of my blood related family I had chosen to sever ALL contact with about 15+ years ago after they stated that " I did nothing for either them nor my daughter when my daughter, Lorrae, was battling Lymphatic cancer in 2000-2001." I don't what exactly they'd call being at Lorrae's side 24/7 from January, 2000 to January, 7th. 2001when she lost her fight to live at the tender age of 16. But Henry's Mum, Naomi has no siblings, Henry's Dad has only a sister, Samantha, a real riot of a person and personality I might add, and is in a Same-Sex Marriage where both partners now have a child of their own as well. Naomi was a good school friend of Lorrae, Naomi lost her Mum to cancer, after battling it for 20 years +, when Henry was just 3 years old so when Henry arrived on the scene I was kindly asked to be his one and only Uncle which, in their words, " Made me a family member as well." You can guess how my eyes became clouded over with tears of joy and honour upon hearing that.

Yep, she is in her own way, but there is ONE rule here in the Aussie outback regarding goannas, If you see a goanna heading towards you in hurry, DO NOT stand still, they will perceive you as being similar to a tree or post and using their very sharp claws will climb up you as means of escape to safety. Now that Joanna is a fully grown adult her claws are roughly the size of those you'd find on a large parrot and are as sharp as razors.

Triphid replies on Dec 2, 2020:
The one on the right is from the Era of Australian Mega-Fauna, skeletal remains that have been found estimate their sizes as being anywhere from 3.5 metres to 4 or 5 metres in length, larger in fact than the modern day close relatives of the Australian goanna, the Komodo Dragons. 'Little' Joanna is now measuring out at a nice 6' 3 and a half inches from nose tip to tail tip where, when she first 'adopted' my home and I she was just a mere 12 and a half inches long, very, very thin to the point of being almost skin and bone and weighed about 1 and a half pounds. Her' favourite foods, besides sparrows eggs, sparrows ( young and old), grasshoppers, beetles, snails, mice, etc, that she catches for herself are raw or cooked Sausages, hard-boiled eggs, over-ripe fruits, over-ripe tomatoes, shredded carrots, green peas and beans ( raw of course) plus, when she expects it, her morning dish of warm milk.

Uncle Art spent time in a Japanese P.O.W. camp UNTIL there was a mass up-rising and escape then he went on to fight in New Guinea and all through the islands as well. I'll refrain from giving an in-depth description of what our boys thought of the American G.I's. but suffice it to say that the G.I. stood for 'Grand Idiots' in the minds of Aussie soldiers and they also had a saying that, " Send in 10 Yanks and you MIGHT be lucky to get 1 Yank back alive and 1 dead Jap, send in 10 Aussies and you'll get 10 Aussies back and NO living Japs." Btw, Uncle Dave and his fellow Rats of Tobruk all had a similar saying and respect for their English Leaders as well.

Actually I had bouts of Lobal Pneumonia from the age of 7 months right through until I was about 10-11 years old which, btw, are already well recorded in my Medical notes and history. These caused scarring to my lungs, then in the 80's both a work-mate and were swamped by leaking Anhydrous Ammonia from a Railway tanker on a train we examining and doing running repairs to. Yes, I have some slight breathing troubles from time to time, more than likely, from both, however IF I were to become infected with C-19, survive and later die as a resultant caused by/from the C-19 directly then it would be recorded as being resultant from the initial C-19 infection and not as a result of any underlying previous cause.
