@hankster Oh I do do things just to 'piss him off.' One is that EVERY time I clean his cage I deliberately change all the hanging 'toys' in it, another is to move his seed bowl to a different location inside the cage or swap ALL his hanging toys around on his chain 'bridge' as well. But by far the best 'piss off' comes from putting an empty 600ml drink bottle, neck first into his 'Penthouse Apartment,' that really annoys him and his antics are well worth the laugh.

Outside he's in his cage but once the chain that holds his cage up above 'cat access' level broke and it hit the ground, the door opened and he merely wandered around the front verandah looking for me I suppose. When there only the 2 of us here and I leave the room he actually squarks his head until I return and he can again see me. Omly last evening, I left the room the room to make coffee for Tracey and myself ONLY to return and find that 'traitorous, little Deviant had actually climbed up Tracey's Track suit leg and was resting on her shoulder asleep. Focus as much as you can on the Good times, the Good Memories, etc, etc, as much as possible even when you feel as though you are in the darkest of dark holes with no visible way out it WILL help, this I know for certain as I've been in those dark holes and finally found my way out of them. Though, to some, it may look like the paths are in the shape of a Cross, it IS actually in the shape of the Ancient Egyptian Ankh, the symbol for Life, Love and Rememberance, made with the exact specifications of the Royal Cubit as used in ancient times, faces East to greet the morning Sun and West to bid farewell to the Sun as it sets each day. The Horse Statue is representative of both her love of horses and the very old method once used by Sculptors to depict if the person being Memorialised succumbed in Battle to wounds ( as per the horse rearing up in Lorrae's case) or standing either with all 4 feet on the ground or just one raised as in they died much later after the battle or from old age.

@NoMagicCookie I also built into my system as an experiment what I loosely refer to as a 'phase shifter.' I.e. it is a piece of circuitry that allows me to to 'alter' the kind of time span between when each individual speaker diaphram vibrates so as to create an effect similar to a continuing echo like effect. E.g. With an explosion it creates the sensation of a rolling sound as one would get in any normal, real-life explosion and with some music, Julian Lennon's "Rebel King," for example , with the helicopters and the rifle shot sound under normal stereo circumstances you get the effect of the sound travelling in one direction only, with 'Thunder from Down Under' the sound effects actually seem to travel around the entire room and fade off into the distance. Though my Computer nous is quite limited, my 'skills' in electronics come from years as an Amateur Radio Operator and building my own Transceivers, etc. Sadly ALL my circuit designs are kept solely in my head, never been one for doing actual hard-copy designs for some unknown reason so when I kick the bucket they will all be lost.

@Merseyman1 Thanks, I tried my best, it pumps out about 120-180 Watts RMS per Speaker at 3 Quarters volume, has 4 under-floor Bass Woofers that literaly make the floor vibrate plus 4 more multi-speakers set around the rooms as well. The 'cannon' salvo from the 1812 Overture played at 3 quarter volume actually causes windows to rattle, cups, etc, to move across table-tops and the water in my Aquarium to form small waves. Not bad, I reckon for a cost of around $100 for 2 amplifers, a few hours of re-designing circuit boards, soldering, etc, and getting 8 decent Speakers from the local re-cycling depot at the Rubbish Tip.

@Radu Yep, Tracey is now a 110% Atheist and has been since around the time she was 16 years old, told her parents exactly where to go and how to get there, left Broken Hill and became a Social Worker in Northern New South Wales, married, had 2 children, now adults with their own lives and families, came home, unexpectedly one afternoon to find Hubby shagging her cousin ( 5 years younger than her) and gave them both the 'Bum's Rush.' She, as I called it, had a compression ratio of 12.5 to 1, a dome-headed, machined piston needing 1 thou over-sized piston rings, a mix of 1 part Shell AAA racing fuel to 3 parts Petrol, a 4 speed gear shift on the fuel tank and a de-compression valve and lever to start it. Sadly, 3 years after I re-built her, got her registered, etc, I got married and 4 years after that the Missus sold her to her brother for a measly $600 whilst I was away on service to another Depot for the Railways for a month.

LOL, I still remember my first Motorcycle, the first Honda 750, 4 cyclinder to arrinve in Broken Hill, approx. $3.50 worth of fuel to fill the tank per fortnight, the ONLY motorbike in town with both kick-start and Electric Start capabilities and 3 fines for speeding, 10 kilometres per hour OVER the Speed Limit, in 5 months. @FrayedBear I was wondering just how longit would take this negativity attitude of yours to re-emerge again. There is NO tangible differences in either the Health Services or Pharmaceutical Services in Australia, they ALL come under the same National Health Services umbrella. For example, My daughter and I were both from N.S.W. yet we were flown, free of charge, to Adelaide, S.A. where she recieved 9 months of Chemotherapy plus accommodation for us both ( also 100% free of Charge) at NO personal expense to either of us. Just 1 single dose of the many Chemodrugs used was worth well over $5,000, the GCSF injection given post every Chemo treatment was worth $7,000 per injection, theere were NO Doctor's Fees, No Ambulance Fees, etc, etc, because of the Nation Health Services. So, perhaps you mayNOT be allergic as you claim BUT it may be your attitude, etc, that IS the problem, have you ever bother toconsider that?

@PondartIncbendog Shit, my Dad started training me with rifles, etc, from when I was about 5 years old, I did the same with my daughter as well. By the time I was 10 years old I could hit a 5 cent piece dead-centre using ONLY open sights from a range of 100 yrds from the Prone, Kneeling anf Standing positions using his old B.S.A. .22 calibre bolt action rifle. I'd get a hefty clip around the ear IF i ever forgot to take out the bolt and the magazine after having a few practice shots or just carrying it with the bolt closed and NOT having it pointed directly at the ground.
