I don't mean to sound cynical, etc, BUT, 'big deal' EVERYONE suffers/endures loneliness at some point in their lives and many of us suffer/endure it almost continually throughout our lives in one form or another. Whilst, imho, it IS a nice idea on the surface, I ask WHAT precisely does this NEW ...

Great. Was she perhaps away nesting?
Triphid replies on May 11, 2019:
@Petter Well, my 5 year old nephew, Henry, met her for the first about 3 weeks when he visited with his parents. We adults were inside chatting and having a coffee and he asked, as usual, if he go and collect any eggs from chickens, a few seconds later he came running inside saying, " There's a bloody BIG bird in your yard Uncle Tony, a really bloody BIG Bird." His mum, looked shocked and asked him what he said so replied, " It is a BIG bird, you know a really BIG one." We all went out and there she was, so I sent Henry in to get a container of 'roo meat from the fridge to feed her by hand as usual and Henry was astounded then asked if he could try. 'Lady E' spent the next hour or more getting hand-fed by Henry then having her head, neck and chest stroked by him until she just walked away, flapped her very long, wide wings and flew off. These days the chickens have taken the last place on Henry's visit list because his first question on arrival is, " Is she in the yard today Uncle Tony, can I go out and see if she's there please." When visited early yesterday afternoon I was out splitting firewood and copped that exact same question, about 30 minutes or so later I heard the usual whistle call and down she came only this time she went straight to Henry to get her pats and then a free feed BEFORE she even bothered with me. Typical female, LOL, go for the younger bloke first....LOL.

Triphid replies on May 11, 2019:
According to the research I've read over many years about the Left Brain-Right-hand dominance and vice versa for the Right-Left dominance thing, Right Brain Dominance people, i.e. Lefties, are more likely to be 'outside the box' thinkers, more creative, more curious/questioning, etc, etc, whereas the 'Righties,' for the most part, are more likely be acceptive of the norms, orderly in like-style, thought processes and those who ' think in-side the box,' etc, rarely questioning theories, etc, published by their Peers. One of the greatest, if not the Greatest, examples of a 'Leftie' would have be the Great Leonardo Da Vinci, a truly great artist, inventor, etc, etc, who was not only centuries ahead of his time but ALSO invented his own very distinct writing method/code system which involved reverse writing using his left hand PLUS writing upside down as well. Of course another Great Artist who has predominately a 'Leftie' was Vincent Van Gough who regularly 'broke and flaunted' the 'rules' of painting/art and received much derisions, etc, from other artists, etc, during his short and sad life. LEFTIES of the World, stand up, be counted, be Proud and be true to yourselves, you ARE truly Individuals in your own right.

Triphid replies on May 11, 2019:
That could be possible, but out of a family of 7 ( 2 Adults and 5 children) I'm the only 'leftie' where all my other siblings and both parents were 'righties.' As far as I know there have been NO other 'Lefties' in my family line back as far as I go, probably due to the fact that in times past 'Lefties' were literally forced by Teachers, etc, in schools, as they tried and failed with me, to use their right hands only and the punishments meted out for resisting were bloody harsh because I copped a steel edged wooden ruler across the knuckles more times than I care to remember UNTIL those sadistic bitches of teachers finally threw up their hands in disgust and surrendered. Yet my daughter was a full on 'Leftie' from the moment she first began to pick things up and hold them, it continued right up until she passed away from cancer in 2001.

Triphid replies on May 3, 2019:
@t1nick Well, anything compressed into a smaller area/space WILL eventually try to find the weakest/easiest escape route, e.g. pump and compress water into a metal container for long enough and the pressure of the water WILL find the easiest route to release that pressure. While working on the railways back in 1987 we decided to test a compressed air tank from a Diesel Locomotive that was due to be scrapped as an experiment. ALL possible normal outlets, the relief valve, joins, etc, were welded tight and we pumped air from our Industrial sized Compressor into the tank for 38.5 hours non-stop and the Compressor output was rated and measured at 60 Atmospheres per hour, ( 60 x 14.5 pounds per square inch). We fully expected to see the tank explode BUT at the 38.49 hours point it literally found the weakest and easiest escape point, about the size of ,22 caliber bullet in the 3/4" solid steel side and a huge jet of escaping air erupted and blew some 20 feet across the open ground. Yes, we also added water mixed with dye and White Oil into the tank but only to make it easier to see where, if the pressure escaped, it originated from. Ergo, if that happens at a 'mere' 60 Atmospheres of pressure over a 38.5 hour period to a 3/4" plate steel cylinder professional made then what happens to billions of tons of gas and materials compressed into a 'black hole?"
Just a wild, maybe crazy, thought/hypothesis here BUT, given the news of a Black Hole seen expelling...

@t1nick I don't actually 'question' science as such, BUT I do often sit and think about the theories, etc, that are put forth, etc, etc. I suppose my enquiring mind is the reason that I don't take things at 'face' value, I prefer to delve into things, seek possible alternatives/reasons/possibilities, etc. For example, as a 15 year old teenager at High School in the 60's I once offered up a theory/hypothesis that when the planet Earth was forming a smaller proto-planet, sharing the same orbit may have collided with the Earth thus creating what we now see as being the Moon. Yes my theory was laughed BUT over the last 20+ years or so I have seen repeatedly that my High School Theory was more than a mere joke BUT a big possibility and a probability as well. So, I WILL continue to question and query as I see fit because to NOT do so, IMO, makes me just another human sheep.

Rather than merely no longer playing the Xstian music as requested by his Employers, the Driver resigned immediately and left the company saying that " He was only bringing the words of God and Jesus to the Heathen Scum who rode on the Bus." Now we al get to hear NORMAL music or news reports instead of hymns and bible bullshit thankfully.
