Bio

I was born and raised in the Midwest, the son of a Lutheran pastor (who died when I was eight) and a devout Christian mother. My DNA test results: 64.4% Scandinavian and 2.9% Finnish (mom’s side), 32.7% Irish, Scottish, and Welsh (dad’s side). I have an older sister, two younger sisters, and a younger brother. We all moved to Salinas when I was 13, and, except for the year I spent at Pacific Lutheran University in Tacoma, I've been in the Monterey Bay area ever since.
