I am 100% sure that I have been presented with sufficient evidence to prove that a supernatural god/s exists or could exist. However, I also know that I don't know everything and that it is impossible for a god/s to exist in any form in any universe - but if evidence does come to prove a god's existence, then it will no longer be supernatural as it will have a natural explanation. The same applies to any other supernatural phenomena too.

What a strange analogy. It takes zero faith to claim there is no evidence for god/s. First of all, we need to establish which god/s you are referring to and then you need to define it. As an atheist I do not claim that some sort of god could not exist somewhere in the universe. However, I see no evidence of any supernatural being existing in ours. The christian god is easy to disprove. The definition is poor, there is nothing in the bible apart from special pleading that could lead to the conclusion that it exists. An absence of evidence is not necessarily evidence of absence, but where there is an absence of evidence where you would expect to find it, then that is a pretty good indicator that what you are looking for isn't there. If god/s act on our reality in any way, then it will be observable and measurable. If god/s does not act upon our reality in any way. then it cannot be differentiated from something that does not exist. Theism and atheism ONLY address one proposition - that a god/s exists. The theist says "God exists" the atheist says "I don't believe you" "Show me the evidence for your claim and if it stands up to scrutiny. I will believe you" So far, none of the evidence offered has stood up to scrutiny. "I bet a lot of people looked at Galileo and said.... "Despite what you say, all evidence available leads us to say the world is flat" Now look how foolish that was" And on the evidence they had from their observations, it would not be unreasonable for them to think this. The earth is so much bigger than a person and most people had neither the equipment nor education to question what they could see. Once Galileo managed to educate the educators, his (and others') evidence was scrutinised and verified and consensus shifted to "the earth is spherical". When theists present some verifiable evidence for their god, I will become a theist. Not until. And I don't wander aimlessly, not knowing where I am going - and if I am and I find a chasm, I'll continue to wander aimlessly away from the chasm, because all the evidence I have tells me that trying to jump a chasm that's too far to jump is a bad idea. And that doesn't take faith either.

We also have Equality Legislation within employment law that makes it an offense to discriminate against anyone due to their religion or lack of it. I focus on the positives and look forwards not backwards. It works for me. I have always been an atheist, so cannot compare if I would have done things different if I had ever been a believer and I haven't searched to see if there is any research to compare mental health with religiosity, except that the more secular the country, the greater their societal health. The happiest nations are mostly the scandinavian countries where religiosity is lowest.

Enjoy the ride - not the best ride along freeways - but hope it's OK. You have the right style of bike to cover big distances. I've done 650 miles in a day on a similar bike - Triumph Explorer - it took just under 12 hours with 2 stops to refuel. Surprisingly, I still felt pretty fresh when I arrived and could have ridden further if I had to. Hope your mum recovers soon, your bike is ready on time and you have decent weather for your night under canvas.

As a white male who doesn't (outwardly) do angry, I'm not sure what I am being accused of here. Anger is an emotion like any other and is just as valid as any other emotion. But like all other emotions, it's how you manage it that makes the difference. Unmanaged anger can lead to destructive and counter productive behaviours. So in heated situations I am often that white man looking to calm everything down and find a positive way forward. Atheist because I see no evidence that the claims of theists are true and have found no evidence that a god does or could exist. Agnostic because I do not know that a god cannot exist in any form in any universe. But until there is any credible evidence that a god exists then I do not believe.

The true meaning of God is us, we are god, we are from energy of that moment of creation.

Would definitely buy an EV if the price was right. Range not a problem for me as my commute is short, but that means it is not economically viable at present. For example, here in the UK both Renault and Nissan do EV's where you lease the battery, the cost of which is more than I currently spend on fuel for my car, van AND motorbike. I did run a Prius when my commute was significantly longer and an EV would have made financial sense then, but with bought battery pack.

As an atheist, I do not believe the claims of theists that god/s exists. That is all. I am not claiming that a god/s cannot exist, I am only addressing the claim by theists that god/s exists. I do not see any evidence that backs up their claims. Should evidence be found that confirm god/s exists, then I will be a theist. The time to believe something is true is when there is evidence to support the claim - not before.
