Hi. I'm looking to connect with someone - I know that I will ultimately go on a long journey with one person again. I'm an ownership of feelings enthusiast - I believe that myself (and maybe others) can be better every day at owning what I think, say, and do, and not-owning feelings that come from somewhere else.
Kindness and altruism are closely connected. The formula for altruism is empathy + compassion (compassionate thought, speech, and action).
