Hi everyone. In happy that I have found this community and happy to be a member. I was baptized as a catholic and of course it was non consensual and went through all the usual indoctrination and rites of passage. Early on, I took Christianity very seriously which led to quite a bit of biblical exploration, and in time, maybe because of my interest in science, I developed a rational way of thinking about the world which then led me to be an atheist . I’m an artist working in wood, living in the the lower Catskills region of NYS. I attempt to express my ideas about this world and it’s beauty in my pieces. My background is in Anthropology and I’m a research associate in biological anthropology and currently working on a project. I’m also interested in photography and shoot with a Nikon.
