Respect and trust aren't given they're earned, nobody is perfect, but if you're consistent enough in your actions, you're worthy of both.

4)Skepticism

Question everything, especially your own beliefs, beliefs can be wrong and so can I. Be skeptical whenever it's necessary, practice pragmatism.

5)Grow

Never stop Growing, never stop learning, never be afraid to admit when you're wrong. Always strive to be as intellectually honest as possible.

6. Discussion, Debate, and Dialogue

Talk to as many different people as possible. There are billions of people on this planet, your world view isn't the only one and someone is bound to enlightenment you on somthing. From this we grow.

7. Autonomy and Self Determination

You own yourself and nobody else can ever take that away, they can threaten you all day long but they can't ever make you do anything. Anyone can do anything they like so long as they don't violate the social contract¹.

8. Responsibility

Take responsibility seriously. If you say you're going to do somthing, do it. If you mess up, admit it's your fault and rectify the problem. As an human being you have a responsibility to always do right by others.

9. Ethical Defense

uphold, maintain, and defend your moral code. Change it when your wrong, but always defend your convictions until proven false.

10. Innocent until proven guilty

Everyone should be considered innocent until proven guilty in every case or situation beyond a reasonable doubt. Facts and evidence are a necessity.

11. Life

All life has value. Complex life like humans and other species seems to be inherently rare in our neck of the universe. It's best to preserve and maintain a high standard of the quality of life for as many forms of life as possible.

12. Balance

Any tonic in excess can be a poison, any poison in moderation can be a tonic. Hate things that deserve hate, fear things that actually pose a threat, be upset with yourself when you fail in contrast also don't love people who don't deserve your love, take pride in your accomplishments and not in things you had nothing to do with like race, ethnicity, sexual orientation, gender, and nationality, etc. , Don't respect it trust people who haven't earned it.

13. Unity

Vis Unita Fortior², we are stronger together than we are divided. United we stand divided we fall.
