I agree with most of what you say – until the end. I don’t believe Trump was set up to be president – in fact I think the ruling elite see him as a total disaster. But THEY CREATED HIM, and yet they are loathe to change their ways. They are stubbornly obtuse (deliberately or unwittingly) and ...

Actually seen through the republican acts of discontent in the primary. Trump was everything they've been wanting to advance their agendas, while the dog and pony show from all sides of dislike masked their drooling chops. Trump supported the neoliberal policies of Bill Clinton and the democrats, then runs as a republican, using all the antics that come with white nationalism. It was fucking brilliant. And most of America was conditioned to believe Trump was in another moment of putting himself in the spotlight, dropping out at any time. Howard Dean---the yell. Mike Gravel---he's crazy. Dennis Kuchinich----borderline crazy. But Trump pulls off a win with what most normal Americans would call a madman's march lined with fascism!?! The ruling class and corporations are making out like bandits at Fort Knox with the doors and safes wide open during after hours with law enforcement and guards eating donuts at the station all night. But he's a disaster? I may be wrong, probably am even. But they sure as hell aren't looking at Trump as though he's been a disaster.

If you copy the link for her article and paste it in the "your thoughts" box on those pages the site should do the rest for you once you click on enter. Our preferred method is alcohol. Alcohol has always been a glorified substance in America, especially! within the armed services. Quite frankly, in my opinion, the glorification of alcohol in America today is profoundly sicking. And never is it related to being the gate way drug by near enough people. That comes with reason!

There's 2 politicians pulling in big crowds right now. The same 2 as in 2016. Sanders and Trump. Biden is so disliked he can't even pull in the majority of the Clinton supporters. They didn't want Obama and they don't want Obama's vice president either. I would suggest a vast majority of them are still on the first woman for president kick supporting one of the other women. Some might have actually seen the reality of 2016 and went to Sanders. Only missing that part of reality that Sanders either was in on it from the start, if not, joined in afterwards to get their support. Either way he's not what he says he is. MOHO of course.

Trump was willing and quite pleased to drop bombs in Syria. He's seemingly on board with threatening and invading Venezuela and Iran. He's more than grateful for Saudi Arabia's money to bomb Yemen after selling American weapons to them. We are engaged in at least 6 countries of Africa on the last count I know of. Which even RT mentions little of lately, let alone our MSM. That's probably because it's a secret and hard to get information on. This would be in the nature of CIA, special ops training, funding and supplying weapons, along with over seeing missions. Not much has come out since the 4 that were suspiciously killed a couple of months ago in which families became angered over shady details. Trump has his minions to appease as he's started his new campaign rallies again of late. Back to the "were not a nation building rhetoric" again is the likely reason for this new side of Trump coming out. Have I told the group about political false narratives yet? The main stream media manages the perception of citizens with lies, it makes it easier for them to go work for those weapons companies when they don't know the truth of what happens with the products they make. https://www.usnews.com/news/articles/2016-12-27/americas-arms-exports-dominate-despite-global-competition Scroll down on this one to see the amount of people who depend on weapons manufacturing for jobs. These are 2 of the aspects of society that are largely keeping their capitalist system from completely tanking. The intake of 100's of billions in drug money provide cash flow, the cartels can launder their money, it's a dream team few know about. William_Mary replies on May 19, 2019:
With all due respect, I totally disagree. "It might work someday, but not now" That day is when people walk away from the rhetoric of the managed perception that keeps them thinking like that. That is simply a statement that has in repetitive mode been forced on the population for public conditioning. And it could simply be the day when enough people walk away from that conditioning in mass effort to support a certain person or an independent candidate or 3rd party. They can't beat numbers without blatant corruption. As the democratic party did in 2016 to those of us who took Sanders to the top on only grassroots efforts, via social media and public donations. In 2016 we set the highest standard of blowing that very conditioned propaganda out of the asses of the political criminals. And they had to commit voter fraud and tampering from Iowa to California to win, use the main stream media against us, then use a false narrative to cover it up. And by continuing to support them in their game only gives them reason to continue. You've caved into their game and don't have the fight in you? Not even for your family who come after you? Willing to allow them to become future victims of the ruling class as you see their capitalism falling apart around you? It will only become worse for them!

William_Mary replies on May 14, 2019:
There's been absolutely no hard evidence to indicate any Russian interference was involved, or collusion on the part of the Trump campaign. All that we have gotten are accusations and indictments that have gone nowhere. And as in the article and as I have talked about many times here, when the 12 indicted Russians lawyers showed up to a hearing asking for the evidence to defend against, Mueller went into protect mode. And has been stalling on those indictments ever since. Dead end. Obama was bright enough to exit the quagmire. Leaving it up to those after him. McConnell is simply playing his part in the deep states interest. What is going on? The DNC and Clinton's got caught rigging an election. Which if properly investigated could lead to election tampering and fraud. IMOHO, they also committed an act of murder to cover up those election crimes. Mueller was brought in to sweep it under a rug like a number of the committees and investigations he's been part of. This isn't his first questionable piece of work! This very same manor of investigation was also applied to the 9/11 commission. The end results were highly questioned by about half the members involved in that investigation. Same as Russiagate, many important witnesses and or theirs and other's testimony left out, and aspects left uncovered. Let me put it this way. Mueller for the US, the establishment, and deep state is what Trumps last lawyer was for him. He makes things go away. Why all of the lying? Because if the truth came out, their game would be over. Imagine all the parents who lost their children in Iraq finally being forced to come to terms with the fact that they lost their children over lies. For the salvation of a terrorist nation, Saudi Arabia. Imagine everyone coming to terms with the fact that the democratic party as whole in many aspects stole an election and had someone murdered to cover it up. McConnell? Would then have the country reconsidering all the claims of Greg Palast. A DC nightmare! What is going on? You haven't been taking me serious, have you? The pieces aren't falling together yet huh?

They can't find the qualified people they need because fewer people can afford to go to the types of schools for that education. The government has slowly reduced grant programs, drastically since Trump, that before eased that issue. Now reports coming out are that trade job employers are also having a hard time finding workers. I will argue that the main reason is in the wages being offered. Hence--" and the best ones go to higher-paying businesses. I live in a small town in the middle of Akron and Canton. Akron was home to the tire and rubber industry. These 2 cities were rich in good paying jobs and benefits in that aspect and plastics. As the major companies left over the years it created a vacuum of smaller companies to suck people in at drastically lower wage jobs with little to no benefits. The last major tire company in Akron who had their head quarters here, about 3 years ago pulled out and went south. But Akron was paying them to stay here with the cities tax dollars. Another southern city out bid them. Another problem is private and charter schools. Companies will hire people out of these schools over public schools to feed the corporate interest. These schools suck the money out of tax payers which has caused a growing number of public schools to shutter. Also sucking out the better teachers in some cases and as the public schools are shut down. Basically what is happening is in poorer areas the children are being eradicated from a decent education, then don't have the money for collage or a tech school, can't meet the requirements for a grant if there is even one there to get. Cities lose the industries, gentrification sets in, the lower class and poor have a foot on their throats as they are pushed out. So either the capitalist are their own worse enemy or they are purposely creating an illusion while whining about needed help.

@Rob1948 you mean like the CIA and FBI? Who gave Iraq the means to make the chemical weapons and the go ahead to gas the Kurd's. In which our MSM then use that as part of their false narrative to go into Iraq by accusing Hussein of gassing his own people. You can do a search of the X intelligence agent who interrogated Hussein that came to understand why Hussein ruled that country as he did. As a matter of fact, he learned that Saddam had little to do with ruling the country when the invasion took place. His sons were pretty much running the country. The problem with the middle east is that there's a radical entity the governments have always had to deal with. And when we moved into the area it was like pouring gas on a the fire. This isn't like any other area on the globe. And finding areas where all sects of religion can live peacefully is rare. Iraq was one of them. Try that in Saudi Arabia! I will tell you I would much rather have lived in Iraq over Saudi Arabia! Hussein's problem, he allowed himself to be used by the CIA to get power. The involvement of the CIA in Iraq brought him to power. He had oil. He was conned into a war with Iran where the US was funding and supporting both sides. When he was done being used by the empire they created a false reality of him. This should all be sounding like an old song about now! Don't get me wrong, I know an iron fist can't be allowed to become a norm. But there were other options to the situation that weren't used. I'll argue that was by design.

That started after a series of attacks 2 or 3 years ago. A list went around claiming that the majority of mass killings were done by left leaning individuals. But when I did a research on those in the list they were very hard to get information from and were of mostly late periods in time when this factor wasn't present or provided in the news. I will argue that anyone attempting to push that argument is either totally ignorant or attempting to push out disinformation to cover the right wing responsibility to it. With that said though, the democratic party is just as responsible for their lack of calling it out, and the MSM for not emphasizing it. This is a matter that should be screamed out during election cycles!

Recent reports are claiming Iraq is trying to get the US out of the country, again. We have left every major city other than Baghdad in total ruins and large piles of rubble. Leaving those cities and the citizens to clean up basically on their own with little equipment to do so. As I covered shortly after retaking Mosul from ISIS, the US commander in charge of that area in about month tried to claim it was clear enough and safe enough for people to start coming back in. They were coming back in alright, but left with nothing to clear the streets out and looking at several years of rebuilding. If you can call what was going to go on rebuilding compared to what they had. What was left of buildings were nowhere near safe. And the amount of rubble to clean, well, I bet they're still moving it. About another month after his claim independent journalist were in Mosul looking at the still remaining devastation and a city filled with the stench of rotting bodies still in the debris yet to be recovered in the rubble. Being I'm sure DWS had them destroyed the minute she got the laptop from the DC police department and his computers at the DNC the minute she knew of the leak. Assange offered information on the leaks and even hinted at exposing the leaker. Which is another reason to suspect Seth Rich is the leaker. He's dead, it doesn't really matter if that comes out. Seriously!?! I'll reserve my words for you out of sadness for you. The writer you're referring to----Teodrose Fikre is the co-founder and editor of the Ghion Journal. A published author and prolific writer, a once defense consultant was profoundly changed by a two year journey of hardship and struggle. Going from a life of upper-middle class privilege to a time spent with the huddled masses taught Teodrose a valuable lesson in the essence of togetherness and the need to speak against injustice. Originally from Ethiopia with roots to Atse Tewodros II, Teodrose is a former community organizer whose writing was incorporated into Barack Obama's South Carolina primary victory speech in 2008. He pivoted away from politics and decided to stand for collective justice after experiencing the reality of the forgotten masses. His writing defies conventional wisdom and challenges readers to look outside the constraints of labels and ideologies that serve to splinter the people. Teodrose uses his pen to give a voice to the voiceless and to speak truth to power. I highly doubt Teodrose Fikre considers himself to be Jewish. As though that was a bad thing!?! Not all Jewish people have a hate for Muslims! Again, I'll reserve my words for you out of sadness for you!

You might want to consider getting to know someone before making accusations. You have me terribly wrong. You might want to read more on this issue Teodrose Fikre has brought up, noticing his history of covering her which leads him to his new developed opinion on her. Feel free to go to his site and read all the articles he has wrote on her, and the times he has reached out to her. Her actions have provided the reasoning of his new found opinion. Many of the same actions have been that of AOC also. When you jump right into the very rhetoric that MSM and establishment politicians spew out in their attempt to mange our perception, it only tells me you may be trapped in that illusion. Coming at me with useless rhetoric over substantiated information for a genuine desire to debate an issue doesn't work with me, or will it draw me into party division assumptions towards strife. We have endured countless politicians since at least the Reagan era that seemed like "one of the few rational voices that gets into media in years" that have turned out to be con artist. That actually helped bring us to today's end results we fight against. I might refer to how Trump got to the white house. Many find him to be one of the few rational voices that got a ton of help from the media and the DNC strategy. So implying the media is there as a beneficial tool for society, along with AOC in it, doesn't bide well with me either. The media is a tool to spread misinformation on regular occasions that some may suggest AOC is using well for hidden reasons. After all, she keeps supporting the very people fighting against her supposed agendas. That's a fair argument by people like myself. But if you rather learn the hard way over seriously questioning actions, that's your right. And it's my right to propose the questions needed to be addressed for our knowledge to get the truth towards developing an educated sense of all the truth.

William_Mary replies on Apr 10, 2019:
If I understand it right, it's something the DNC just pulled off. (But the Democratic Party has this year changed the rules for gaining entry to the 12 scheduled debates, the first of which will be on June 26 in Miami. Candidates must garner donations from at least 65,000 individuals. And there must be contributions from a minimum of 200 different donors in at least 20 states.) Hence Gravel's request. He doesn't want to win, he just wants to get into the debates to confront the corporate smucks. If you watch the last video at the bottom of the article, it states, all you have to do is send him a dollar. It's a donation, it counts towards the 65,000 It's actually a pretty good video also.

William_Mary replies on Apr 5, 2019:
The DCCC recruits candidates, raises funds, and organizes races in districts that are expected to yield politically notable or close elections. The DNC is responsible for articulating and promoting the Democratic platform and coordinating party organizational activity. The DNC focuses on the party as a whole, including Presidential races. The DCCC (or "D-Trip") focuses solely on elections for the House of Representatives. This involves recruiting candidates, fundraising, advertising, etc. They do coordinate with each other heavily, but it comes down to specialization. There's also a DSCC for Senate races. RNC and RCCC would be relatively the same agenda.

I have my issues with them also, but there's a lot of them avoiding the majority of the MSM illusion and want change. I personally feel they are being lead towards the wrong candidates right now. And I'll go out on the limb and say it coincides with the narrative being directed towards them as being a negative to our society. I wish they would get more in line with the Socialist Equality Party rather than the Democratic Socialist Party of America. More so even with the Green Party. I believe if we're going to get out of this delusion it's going to have to be via SEP or the GP.

That was his article last year for April fools. I was hoping many would miss the date. I had one member last year who obviously didn't make it through the whole article. I occasionally attempt to stress the importance of reading the whole article for this very reason. At least quick read if you get tired on the long one's. Part of the problem with us today in politics is that people tend to think they know everything from the eye catching head title, and they miss everything between. It always reminds me of that Bruce Lee movie where he slaps the kids head for staring at his finger. Missing all that what's between his finger and what it's pointing at.

@ArturoS how do you arrive at a true rating with western entities interfering with healthcare via sanctions when it comes to places like Cuba and Venezuela? Unfair to judge between what we have and what could be isn't logical to our debate in the US.

William_Mary replies on Mar 30, 2019:
Since Trump has been president there have been more sanctions placed on Russia. 2 or 3 times now. Russian diplomats have been kicked out of the US. They, the Russian's, are being threatened with war like talk at this very moment for supporting Maduro and being in Venezuela. There is no Trump tower in Moscow. What Russians were or are in the oval office? I don't think the meeting of Trump and Putin ever took place. It was widely frowned on and the offer never produced a meeting. If you're talking about people from his administration, these things always happen between countries. Especially when it comes to X military and intelligence agents, such as in Flynn's case. These people do work in other nations abroad on a regular basis from both party affiliations. This all should have been a job the DOJ, senate, and congress, conducted as these people were brought up for confirmation before being confirmed and allowed into his administration. I have little doubt they knew Flynn was lying during his confirmation hearings. And they probably knew the other guy worked with the Turkish government. And the issue with Ukraine. Especially with Ukraine being it's so new and each party was involved with that overthrow and the money tied to it. While I'll admit Trump's ridiculous rhetoric is cause for concern, it hardly validates the poor manor this false narrative has grown legs and still continues from main stream media. That one statement from a clown like Trump certainly doesn't provide cover for all the issues within that election cycle and the DNC's actions that are being ignored. There is so much more to this, that it's a sad time for humanity to still be engulfed in such an illusion keeping us from knowing the truth of 2016.

I don't believe it needs to be that extreme. Vastly changing over to electric cars for transportation would be a great start. And an imperative follow through on this aspect would be to reduce travel time for societies travel to and from work. More people working closer to where they live. We need to redesign our infrastructure according to closer knit communities and working habits. I can even see a corporate type trading for many positions to reduce this. Kind of like we see in sports teams. Building our employment bases around communities rather than having to drive 50 60 miles to get to work. Many could simply use a golf cart to get to work. With schooling so close you could share lunch with your children and or entire family. We need to break this 18th century mode we are in and leap into the 22nd century. Leaving fossil fuels for flight and large scale transportation. Our military compromises the vast majority of our fossil fuel consumption. Perpetual warring mentality for corporate profits and resources with some 900 bases around the world is insanity. Our bases around the world lead to the worse polluted areas found. Within a society of means of production mixed with sensible capitalism in a worldwide effort would erase the need of that barbarian agenda. Today I can see places like Syria who have nothing holding them back at the moment moving towards rebuilding 3 of their once largest cities in rubble now producing such a society. The only thing holding them back would be the westernized war mongers who would be scared shitless if we were to see such a great new way of society achieve such a new platform of existence. We are being held back from advancing towards a better society on purpose. The technology is there and the jobs are there to make it. But we are stuck in their game in which we have to bring an end to first.

How do the supporters recognize how the supporters of that party are being duped, yet can't see they are being duped by their own party also? What is Trump doing? He's doing the same god dam thing Obama and Bush did before him. Ok, they each tweak the economy and taxes a little, their way, same results. Money goes to the top and everyone below gets screwed. Tweak healthcare. Corporations keep making billions, a very few get a break while others get screwed. Don't get me wrong. I'm glad some, few, walked out getting a break.
