If they're trying to be a bit creative they may call ALL the people they detest BML, or Antifa, or Socialist instead of Communist, the only consistent thing about which word they use is that they don't know what any of them mean because those words were wrongly defined for them by their leaders like Trump and the GOP House and Senate, you know, the guys that got vaccinated.
The GOP is willing to kill off their base just so long as it hurts a liberals feelings.
I find that hugely ironic and were it not for their enthusiastic embrace of tragedy I'd think it was funny.
It saddens me that people will die just in an attempt to prove me and others that think like me wrong.
WTF is wrong with these people, and at least three of them are members of my family, only one of them will have a civilized conversation without them attempting to challenge (hurt?) me over some trivial political propaganda, the one I talk with is my 79 year old Step Mother, the other two are brothers. I love them all but that means nothing to them, better to accuse Obama of being the anti-Christ and speculate on how many missing children aren't reported so Tom Hanks and Hillary Clinton can drain their blood and eat them.... seriously there's a reason that religion and religion disguised as politics are communicable mental illness.
The cure is information and the best test to see if someone is in a political cult is to talk about sources, anything from academia, CNN, MSNBC, The New York Times, Snopes, Wikipedia, Scientific American, the CDC, NOAA, The damned Weather channel even....

In the Navy we had many Filipino cooks and they would make a great looking stew but then you find out they ruined it by putting fruit in it that looked like potatoes.

On this one I was unusually fortunate.
Rural Alabama, I went to Daleville High School just outside the gates of Fort Rucker.
This would be one of the places one would expect a science teacher of the dumb ass creationist variety.
We had Mrs Gallo though, who was awarded teacher of the year award on the national level in the mid 1970's. She taught us both Chemistry and Biology both of which she did better than any other high school teacher in the country. Her classes were ranked at second year collage level, so by the time I graduated I knew all the phylums by heart, which dates me because the classifications have since changed to cladistics an improvement over the older Phylogeny.
I even made clorine gas in the lab so they evacuated the lab a month before I broke down the chemical formula C20H25N3O or LSD-25 and replicated it in the lab to the delight of my friends.
I remember red neck creationist attempting to argue with her, she told them point blank "This is not a theology class! I don't care what you believe! This is a biology class and you're responsible for this material. If you have a problem with that drop the class and pick up an easy elective but I'm not going to put up with theological arguments in my science class!"
She was one of my heroes.
I can still remember the valance numbers for most of the periodic table.

On this one I was unusually fortunate.
Rural Alabama, I went to Daleville High School just outside the gates of Fort Rucker.
This would be one of the places one would expect a science teacher of the dumb ass creationist variety.
We had Mrs Gallo though, who was awarded teacher of the year award on the national level in the mid 1970's. She taught us both Chemistry and Biology both of which she did better than any other high school teacher in the country. Her classes were ranked at second year collage level, so by the time I graduated I knew all the phylums by heart, which dates me because the classifications have since changed to cladistics an improvement over the older Phylogeny.
I even made clorine gas in the lab so they evacuated the lab a month before I broke down the chemical formula C20H25N3O or LSD-25 and replicated it in the lab to the delight of my friends.
I remember red neck creationist attempting to argue with her, she told them point blank "This is not a theology class! I don't care what you believe! This is a biology class and you're responsible for this material. If you have a problem with that drop the class and pick up an easy elective but I'm not going to put up with theological arguments in my science class!"
She was one of my heroes.
I can still remember the valance numbers for most of the periodic table.

I survived a minor case of skin cancer a few years ago. They burned off the upper layers of skin over a far larger area than the clearly cancerous spot and put me on chemo which wasn’t radiation just cisplatin, as if cisplatin weren’t torture by itself.
Now I have a similar tiny spot on the skin a couple of inches above my left temple just under my hair line line and honestly I waver between scared shitless and fuck it I’m ready to die anyway. It’s probably just a fungus, I’d need to see a doctor to know, but I remember the last time….

I don’t ever comment on physical aspects of other people, nor do I have expectations on how they look before I meet them.
A person can be a god or goddess physically and still be an asshole.
A person can physically be a frog but be a personality Disney prince or princess.
I try to not describe myself physically, it’s my weakest aspect and I’ve seen people disappointed at meeting me the first time, but I didn’t mislead them, that’s on them.
However if someone overtly lies about themselves I will hold it against them, just not as much as other people will because I give everyone the benefit of the doubt that they weren’t trying to lie to me, they were trying to lie to themselves, not that self delusion is a virtue.
It’s all part of accepting the whole person, good and bad.
It’s part of the same part of my brain as not asking an obviously pregnant woman when she’s due, because sometimes obviously pregnant women aren’t pregnant.

Still today was a good day, I performed several coding miracles and finished three months of work in less than 24 hours, blowing the minds of everyone at work.
Not bad for the first official observance of Juneteenth.
Now if my carpal tunnel, arthritis, Crohn’s disease, heart problems, soul crushing isolation and financial destitution due to medical bills (to name a few issues) would let up I’d be a little slice of sunshine.
Sometimes I just want it all to stop, despite my moments of glory.
No I want my happy ending, or as the Buddha said “This will be the total annihilation of the Buddha” just as I’m happily progressing toward the total annihilation of me.
There’s nothing after annihilation.
