The premise is wrong. Grass isn't the **only** thing those animals eat. For example deer eat a variety of food types, including browse (leafy parts of woody plants), forbs (herbaceous broad-leaved plants, including agricultural crops), hard and soft mast (seeds), grass and mushrooms/lichens. Horses want to eat a range of fruits, veggies and grains like oats. See? I know shit.

According to Trump, he's a "very stable genius." If they feel like they **have to tell you** they're smart, they aren't. They are trying to bamboozle the bystanders who know better. Once a person becomes incredibly intelligent, they also learn how much they **don't know.** This renders them modest. Likewise, ever met a crazy person who says they are crazy? First time someone called me an intellectual, I found myself preparing to argue with them. Before doing that, I paused and considered if I have them fooled this well . . . . . ;-)

Dogs will bite people they don't know. Sorry 'bout that Uncle Joe. Cats will run from people they don't know. Where'd he go Uncle Joe? Dogs will jump on their owners to say "*Love me! Love me!"* Cats will stroll up to their owners **when they feel like it** as if to say "You *may* pet me now."
Cats or dogs people? im a cat person!
WonderWartHog99 comments on May 24, 2019:
Cats kill vermin. A dog will ignore a mouse. I've had cats that would dig up mole crickets, kill snakes, eat large cockroaches, leap wildly in the air trying to swat moths . . . . They are killers and they'll torture any mouse they happen find. Dogs might bark at vermin, thinking that'll impress 'em. While a person *can* walk a cat, they don't need it. Show them a sand box and they'll figure it out. Dogs take a while to get house broken and it's common for them to forget.

Sounds about right: *Trump added that he has stopped receiving intelligence briefings at the White House, arguing, “I can do my job without any intelligence whatsoever.” *He said that he has chosen, instead, to seek advice from his son-in-law, Jared Kushner, and from his elder children, Ivanka, Eric, and Donald, Jr. “You won’t find a trace of intelligence in anything they say,” he boasted. *At a briefing for the White House press corps, the President’s press secretary, Sarah Huckabee Sanders, denied that Trump’s war on intelligence was a new development. “Intelligence has never played a role in Donald Trump’s life,” she said.

She's not that crazy about Percy, our Tom cat. Another recent purchase says "I love you like no otter" with a picture of a pair of otters on it. When world leaders gather to discuss global problems, Trump is the comic relief. The irony is Trump tries to rally support by claiming the entire world is laughing at the United States. There is a brand of addictive amphetamines (Adderall) used to treat children with attention deficit. According to both his teachers and classmates, Trump was a poor student, a common trait with those with attention deficit even while using the drug. Trump has been known to snort Adderall before giving a speech. When he's sniffs it immediately prior his entire speech, he'll be sniffling during his speech and going into the land of incoherency. His Adderall addiction explains way too much why he has late night tweets and delusions. Long term amphetamine addiction is clearly linked with insanity. In your guts, you know he's nuts.

The Peaks of Otter has **both** a lodge and a campground. Additionally she's been surfing You Tube for videos on the Blue Ridge Parkway and insisting I watch them. Only one out of twenty was a documentary. The rest were mostly people yattering on about traveling with their girlfriend or pet(s). Largely useless and often poorly filmed. We've yet to find the literature we got from a visitor's center on the Blue Ridge Parkway when we were exploring the southern end of the Parkway. This will be going on for weeks. She can't tolerate my way: drive until dark and then find a place to spend the night. We let the yard work go today while I did her laundry.

I couldn't get the link to work, so I looked it up. WASHINGTON (Reuters) - U.S. President Donald Trump has asked for files to be prepared on pardoning several U.S. military members accused of or convicted of war crimes, including one slated to stand trial on charges of shooting unarmed civilians while in Iraq, the New York Times reported on Saturday. Trump requested the immediate preparation of paperwork needed, indicating he is considering pardons for the men around Memorial Day on May 27, the report said, citing two unnamed U.S. officials. Assembling pardon files normally takes months, but the Justice Department has pressed for the work to be completed before that holiday weekend, one of the officials said. One request is for Special Operations Chief Edward Gallagher of the Navy SEALs, scheduled to stand trial in coming weeks on charges of shooting unarmed civilians and killing an enemy captive with a knife while deployed in Iraq.

It's the start of the military vacation season. We'll be comparing notes what to go, what to see, from the north end of the Blue Ridge Parkway (mile zero in Virginia). We've seen the south end from Blowing Rock, North Carolina to Cherokee, NC. The parkway has **no commercial signs** about stuff like motels, gas stations, tourist attractions, etc. We have to take notes about where we can take the turn offs. Complicating things is because of the all the hairpin turns on a ridge running road on the tops of the Blue Ridge Mountains, average speed limit is 35 mph (56 kmp). I'm guessing our average speed (allowing for gas stop, frequent scenic pull offs, meals, etc) will be somewhere around 20 mph. Because we'll be in the mountains, cell phone signals, GPS signals, radio, etc., the electronics will go kapoot often. We'll being doing the planing for most of this month.
