Yes, have a plan. Mine includes a few different things: upbeat music, drawing, coloring, journaling. That way I can pick one or three and like @blindbird said push myself out of it. Go in your Endeavors and kudos to you for pulling yourself out of that rallied life and into the place you are now :)
