When I had lived in Pennsylvania a couple of backwoods people I know had no education they could not read or write. They could teach you things that you would never come across in any book. There are always exceptions to every rule though.

In Bowers Pennsylvania, they have a chili festival. There is a farm not far from the festival that grows peppers, some of the peppers do not even have a name they are just assigned a number.
