@bleurowz Have you ever quit a habit? It is a habit to be depressed so you have to make a conscious choice to kick the habit. Your brain runs on chemicals some are called hormones they are chemicals nonetheless. Chose to have the elating chemicals stirring around your brain. Can't hurt to try.
