The amount of paperwork increase causes a lot of doctors close up their practice because they do not want to employ the amount of staff required to keep up on the paperwork. The waiting list for lifesaving operation lengthens extensively. The level of expectancy to achieve higher goals is almost nonexistent. The price of gasoline becomes much greater because this is the easiest way to gain revenue for the government to afford such a program.
